【摘要】：加快建設(shè)現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系,亟待從社會(huì)(行業(yè)企業(yè))視角研判高職教育政策供給和高職院校創(chuàng)新發(fā)展問題。當(dāng)下,加強(qiáng)高職教育社會(huì)智庫建設(shè)理論研究,推動(dòng)高職教育社會(huì)智庫建設(shè)十分必要。高職教育社會(huì)智庫建設(shè),要基于高職教育的社會(huì)開放性特征,從推動(dòng)高職教育"跨界"發(fā)展視角把握高職教育社會(huì)智庫建設(shè)與發(fā)展定位、治理體制機(jī)制創(chuàng)新、研究咨詢體系運(yùn)行等問題,從制度建設(shè)、現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)、國際化建設(shè)、資源支撐、質(zhì)量保障等方面加強(qiáng)高職教育社會(huì)智庫建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:To speed up the construction of modern vocational education system, it is urgent to study the policy supply of higher vocational education and the innovation and development of higher vocational colleges from the perspective of society (industry and enterprises). At present, it is necessary to strengthen the theoretical research on the construction of social think tank of higher vocational education and promote the construction of social think tank of higher vocational education. The construction of social think tank of higher vocational education should be based on the characteristics of social openness of higher vocational education. From the perspective of promoting the development of higher vocational education "across the border", the construction and development orientation of social think tank of higher vocational education should be grasped, and the system and mechanism of governance should be innovated. This paper studies the operation of consultation system, and strengthens the construction of social think tank in higher vocational education from the aspects of system construction, modernization construction, internationalization construction, resource support, quality assurance, and so on.
