高職院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量研究

【摘要】:就業(yè)是民生之本。我國(guó)高等教育從精英階段走向大眾化階段,高等學(xué)校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)問題已經(jīng)引起了社會(huì)各個(gè)層面的非常關(guān)注。據(jù)有關(guān)資料統(tǒng)計(jì),高等職業(yè)教育已占據(jù)我國(guó)高等教育的半壁江山。高職院校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)問題直接影響到高等職業(yè)教育的健康發(fā)展,影響到我國(guó)高等教育的發(fā)展,影響到我國(guó)高等教育大眾化進(jìn)程;谶@樣的現(xiàn)實(shí)背景,本文以高職院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量為主題,主要以CM職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量為樣本進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,探討高職院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量問題。 首先對(duì)就業(yè)以及就業(yè)質(zhì)量相關(guān)理論和研究進(jìn)行了綜述,在借鑒吸收已有成果的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了高職院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過對(duì)CM職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院近5年來的畢業(yè)生進(jìn)行書面或電子問卷調(diào)查。調(diào)查問卷主要圍繞“工作條件”、“勞動(dòng)關(guān)系”、“社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)”和“工作滿意度”四個(gè)維度進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),在對(duì)收集回的調(diào)查問卷進(jìn)行初步數(shù)據(jù)整理的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了高職院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量總體呈現(xiàn)出穩(wěn)步上升的良好趨勢(shì),并進(jìn)一步對(duì)八個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了單獨(dú)的分析,得出本文的結(jié)論:總體上看,高職院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量還有很大的上升空間。 降低高職院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量的主要因素有:一是工作穩(wěn)定性不高、二是工作時(shí)間過長(zhǎng)、三是社會(huì)保障不到位等問題。根據(jù)實(shí)證分析結(jié)論,筆者提出解決高職院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程,需要政府、學(xué)校、畢業(yè)生等三方的共同努力。政府方面的主要職責(zé)是要加大就業(yè)支持力度,完善就業(yè)扶持政策;學(xué)校的職責(zé)是要提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,提高就業(yè)指導(dǎo)水平;畢業(yè)生自身要轉(zhuǎn)變就業(yè)觀念、提高就業(yè)能力。 同時(shí),由于問卷樣本數(shù)量有限,而且只涉及了CM職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院,樣本的多樣性有限,得到的數(shù)據(jù)能夠基本反映該院的畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀,但是要反映整個(gè)湖南省甚至全國(guó)高職院校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)質(zhì)量狀況,代表性還不夠。這也是本文研究存在的一個(gè)缺陷。下一步要進(jìn)一步充實(shí)樣本數(shù)量,增加樣本多樣性,改進(jìn)評(píng)價(jià)方法。上面對(duì)近5年來的就業(yè)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行了一個(gè)整體分析,現(xiàn)在,將就業(yè)質(zhì)量的八個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行單獨(dú)分析,觀察它們的變化趨勢(shì)及反映出的問題。
[Abstract]:Employment is the foundation of the people's livelihood. Higher education in China is moving from the elite stage to the popular stage. The employment of college graduates has aroused great concern from all levels of society. According to relevant statistics, higher vocational education has occupied half of China's higher education. The employment of college graduates has a direct impact on higher education. The healthy development of vocational education affects the development of higher education in China and the popularization of higher education in China. Based on such a realistic background, this paper takes the employment quality of graduates from higher vocational colleges as the theme, mainly takes the employment quality of graduates from CM vocational and technical colleges as the sample for empirical analysis, and discusses the employment of graduates from higher vocational colleges. Quality problems.
Firstly, the relevant theories and Research on employment and employment quality are summarized. On the basis of drawing lessons from the existing achievements, the evaluation system of employment quality of graduates in higher vocational colleges is constructed. On this basis, a written or electronic questionnaire survey is conducted on the graduates of CM Vocational and Technical College in the past five years. Conditions, labor relations, social insurance and job satisfaction are designed. Based on the preliminary data collected from the questionnaire, this paper analyzes the overall employment quality of vocational college graduates showing a good trend of steady increase, and further separates the eight evaluation indicators. Through the analysis, the conclusion of this paper is drawn: on the whole, the employment quality of vocational college graduates still has a lot of room for improvement.
The main factors to reduce the employment quality of graduates in Higher Vocational Colleges are: first, the job stability is not high; second, the working time is too long; third, the social security is not in place. According to the empirical analysis, the author puts forward that solving the employment problem of graduates in higher vocational colleges is a complex system engineering, which needs the government, schools, graduates and other three parties. The main responsibility of the government is to increase employment support and improve employment support policies; the responsibility of the school is to improve the quality of personnel training and improve the level of employment guidance; and the graduates themselves should change their employment concept and improve their employment ability.
At the same time, because the sample size of the questionnaire is limited and only involves CM Vocational and Technical College, the diversity of the sample is limited, the data obtained can basically reflect the quality of employment of graduates in this college, but it is not representative enough to reflect the quality of employment of graduates in Hunan Province and even the whole country. There is a defect. The next step is to further enrich the sample size, increase sample diversity, and improve the evaluation method. The above analysis of the quality of employment in the past five years has been a whole. Now, the eight evaluation indicators of the quality of employment are analyzed separately to observe their trends and reflect the problems.
