包頭地區(qū)中等職業(yè)學(xué)!半p師型”教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:要想辦好一所學(xué)校,教師的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神、教學(xué)水平、師德修養(yǎng)非常重要!半p師型”教師是職業(yè)學(xué)校教師的主力軍。“雙師型”教師對(duì)于職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃、理論知識(shí)的掌握、理實(shí)知識(shí)的銜接及實(shí)踐操作動(dòng)手能力的培養(yǎng),起到了舉足輕重的作用。搞好職業(yè)學(xué)!半p師型”教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè),關(guān)系到能否真正為經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展培養(yǎng)合格的高素質(zhì)勞動(dòng)者和技能型人才,關(guān)系到中等職業(yè)教育的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。近年來(lái),國(guó)家對(duì)于職業(yè)教育越來(lái)越重視先后頒布了《教育部關(guān)于“十一五”期間加強(qiáng)中等職業(yè)教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的意見(jiàn)》、《教育部關(guān)于進(jìn)一步深化中等職業(yè)教育教學(xué)改革的若干意見(jiàn)》、《中等職業(yè)教育改革創(chuàng)新行動(dòng)計(jì)劃(2010-2012年)》等文件。這些文件的頒發(fā),對(duì)于對(duì)于我們包頭市的職業(yè)教育乃至全國(guó)職業(yè)教育都起到了指導(dǎo)性作用。2008年,我市整合教育資源、新建職業(yè)教育園區(qū),因此筆者認(rèn)為,園區(qū)的建立必定會(huì)需要大量的職業(yè)教師尤其是專業(yè)課教師。因此對(duì)目前的包頭市師資隊(duì)伍現(xiàn)狀尤其是“雙師型”教師隊(duì)伍,,做了調(diào)查研究,找出我是職業(yè)教育師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)目前存在的問(wèn)題,設(shè)想今后我市“雙師型”教師隊(duì)伍努力的方向。 下面是本篇文開(kāi)展論述的幾個(gè)部分: 第一部分,提出問(wèn)題。近年來(lái)國(guó)家對(duì)職業(yè)教育非常重視,教師隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)也不例外,論文的第一部分主要提出了筆者為什么要研究包頭市的“雙師型”教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的問(wèn)題,并研究了國(guó)外職業(yè)教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合我國(guó)一些專家學(xué)者的研究思路,闡明自己的研究方法; 第二部分,界定概念。對(duì)于“雙師型”教師這個(gè)概念,很多地區(qū),很多老師的認(rèn)識(shí)是片面的,本章就幾種錯(cuò)誤的理解予以更正并闡述了自己對(duì)于“雙師型”教師內(nèi)涵的理解; 第三部分,包頭市現(xiàn)狀。以包頭市整合后的5所職業(yè)學(xué)校為例,調(diào)查、分析了包頭市的“雙師型”教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)情況; 第四部分,通過(guò)對(duì)5所職業(yè)學(xué)校的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,找到了影響我市“雙師型”教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的癥結(jié); 第五部分,提出對(duì)于富有建設(shè)性的包頭市“雙師型”教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:In order to run a school well, the teacher's team spirit, teaching level, teacher moral accomplishment is very important. Double-qualified teachers are the main force of teachers in vocational schools. The "double-qualified" teachers play an important role in the vocational school students' career planning, the mastery of theoretical knowledge, the convergence of practical knowledge and the cultivation of practical ability. The construction of "double-qualified" teachers in vocational schools is related to the cultivation of qualified workers and skilled personnel for the development of economy and society, and to the sustainable development of secondary vocational education. In recent years The State has attached more and more importance to vocational education by promulgating the opinions of the Ministry of Education on strengthening the Construction of Secondary Vocational Teachers during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan, and on the further deepening of the reform of secondary vocational education by the Ministry of Education. Comments, the Action Plan for the Reform of Secondary Vocational Education (2010-2012) and other documents. The issuance of these documents has played a guiding role in our vocational education in Baotou and even in the whole country. In 2008, our city integrated educational resources and built a new vocational education park. The establishment of the park will definitely require a large number of professional teachers, especially professional teachers. Therefore, the present situation of the teaching staff in Baotou City, especially the "double-qualified" teachers, has been investigated and studied to find out the problems existing in the construction of the teaching staff of vocational education. Imagine the direction of our city's "double-qualified" teachers in the future. The following are several parts of this paper: the first part, asking questions. In recent years, the country attaches great importance to vocational education, and the construction of teachers is no exception. The first part of the paper mainly raises why the author should study the construction of "double qualified" teachers in Baotou City. It also studies the advanced experience of foreign vocational teachers' team construction, and clarifies its own research methods combined with the research ideas of some experts and scholars in our country; the second part, defines the concept. For the concept of "double-qualified" teachers, many teachers in many areas, the understanding of many teachers is one-sided. This chapter corrects several wrong understandings and expounds their understanding of the connotation of "double-qualified" teachers; part three, The present situation of Baotou City. Taking five vocational schools in Baotou City as an example, the paper analyzes the construction of "double qualified" teachers in Baotou City, the fourth part, through the questionnaire survey of 5 vocational schools, The author finds out the crux of the construction of the "double qualified" teachers in our city, and the fifth part puts forward some suggestions for the constructive construction of the "double qualified" teachers in Baotou city.
