河南省高職院校武術(shù)教學(xué)狀況及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:武術(shù)作為一項(xiàng)民族傳統(tǒng)體育項(xiàng)目有著深厚的文化底蘊(yùn),對(duì)促進(jìn)大學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康水平的提高具有不可替代的作用。本文利用文獻(xiàn)法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)和邏輯分析法對(duì)河南省高職院校武術(shù)教學(xué)狀況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查分析和研究,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):河南省高職院校武術(shù)課教學(xué)目標(biāo)的定位較為準(zhǔn)確,教學(xué)目標(biāo)的完成情況也較好;大部分武術(shù)教師能按照教學(xué)計(jì)劃的要求圓滿完成教學(xué)任務(wù);在教材使用方面以高等體育院校綜合教材為主;教學(xué)內(nèi)容主要包括理論、技能和考核,技能教學(xué)內(nèi)容主要有武術(shù)套路、武術(shù)器械、散打等。河南省高職院校武術(shù)教師采用的教學(xué)方法主要有:領(lǐng)做法、講解法、示范法、完整與分解教學(xué)法等;各高職院校采用的武術(shù)課考評(píng)方式有所不同,多采用平時(shí)出勤成績(jī)加上技術(shù)考核成績(jī)的評(píng)定方式;武術(shù)教學(xué)比賽活動(dòng)的開展各院校存在明顯的差異,其中以每年開展1次和2次的居多;利用早操或課間操開展武術(shù)活動(dòng)的院校比例較低。河南省高職院校武術(shù)教師的基本情況是:武術(shù)教師多為男性,青年教師所占比例最大;武術(shù)教師隊(duì)伍的專業(yè)化水平不高,學(xué)歷以本科為主,研究生學(xué)歷和專科學(xué)歷者均不多;職稱結(jié)構(gòu)以講師職稱人員為主,以助教和高級(jí)職稱人數(shù)輔;從整體上看武術(shù)教師隊(duì)伍的科研能力不太高,,培訓(xùn)工作也存在諸多問題,青年教師參加培訓(xùn)的機(jī)會(huì)太少。河南省高職院校學(xué)生的基本情況為:學(xué)生總體上對(duì)武術(shù)的認(rèn)知水平不高;對(duì)武術(shù)非常感興趣的人數(shù)不多;學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)武術(shù)的動(dòng)機(jī)以增強(qiáng)體質(zhì)、應(yīng)對(duì)考試、減肥塑身為主;學(xué)習(xí)武術(shù)的態(tài)度總體而言不夠積極、需要教師給以引導(dǎo)并端正。河南省高職院校武術(shù)教學(xué)存在的問題主要包括:沒有針對(duì)性的教材;師資力量不足;校園武術(shù)氛圍不夠濃厚;學(xué)生成績(jī)?cè)u(píng)價(jià)模式不夠科學(xué);教學(xué)場(chǎng)地器材不能完全滿足教學(xué)需要等。為加快河南省高職院校武術(shù)教學(xué)發(fā)展提供相應(yīng)的對(duì)策主要包括:不斷深化武術(shù)課程教學(xué)改革與創(chuàng)新;加強(qiáng)武術(shù)教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè);豐富武術(shù)教學(xué)內(nèi)容;強(qiáng)化理論與技術(shù)的契合;充分利用現(xiàn)代教學(xué)手段提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量;以公正、合理、嚴(yán)格的考評(píng)模式推動(dòng)武術(shù)課堂教學(xué);改善武術(shù)教師教學(xué)、科研條件。
[Abstract]:Wushu, as a traditional national sport, has a profound cultural background and plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the improvement of College Students'physical fitness. This paper makes an investigation and Research on the Wushu teaching situation in Henan Vocational Colleges by means of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis. Henan Province Higher Vocational Colleges Wushu teaching objectives positioning is more accurate, teaching objectives are better accomplished; most of the Wushu teachers can complete teaching tasks in accordance with the requirements of the teaching plan; in the use of textbooks in Colleges and universities of physical education comprehensive textbooks; teaching content mainly includes theory, skills and assessment, skills The teaching contents mainly include Wushu routines, Wushu instruments, Sanda and so on. The teaching methods adopted by Wushu teachers in Henan higher vocational colleges mainly include leading methods, explaining methods, demonstration methods, integrity and decomposition teaching methods, etc. The evaluation methods of Wushu courses adopted by various higher vocational colleges are different, mostly using the results of attendance at ordinary times plus technical examination results. The basic situation of Wushu teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in Henan Province is that most of them are male and the proportion of young teachers is the largest. The professionalization level of the martial arts teachers is not high, and their academic qualifications are mainly undergraduate, but not many graduate and professional qualifications; the structure of professional titles is mainly lecturers, supplemented by assistants and senior titles; on the whole, the scientific research ability of the martial arts teachers is not very high, and there are many problems in the training work. Young teachers participate in training. The basic situation of the students in Henan higher vocational colleges is as follows: the overall level of students'knowledge of Wushu is not high; the number of students who are very interested in Wushu is not large; the motivation of students to learn Wushu is to strengthen their physique, cope with the examination, lose weight and build up their bodies; the attitude of learning Wushu is not positive enough as a whole, and teachers are required to guide them. The problems of Wushu teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges in Henan Province mainly include: lack of specific teaching materials; insufficient teachers; insufficient atmosphere of campus Wushu; unscientific evaluation model of students'achievements; inadequate teaching venues and equipment to fully meet the needs of teaching. To speed up the development of Wushu teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges in Henan Province. The countermeasures include: deepening the reform and innovation of Wushu course teaching; strengthening the construction of Wushu teachers; enriching Wushu teaching content; strengthening the combination of theory and technology; making full use of modern teaching methods to improve teaching quality; promoting Wushu classroom teaching with fair, reasonable and strict evaluation model; improving Wushu teaching.
