高職院校學(xué)生思想道德素質(zhì)評價機制研究

【摘要】:高職院校學(xué)生作為高技能、應(yīng)用型專業(yè)人才,是我國推進(jìn)新型工業(yè)化建設(shè)的生力軍,他們思想道德素質(zhì)的高低關(guān)系到我國社會主義事業(yè)的興旺發(fā)達(dá),關(guān)系到和諧社會的建設(shè)。那么,學(xué)生如何提高自身的思想道德素質(zhì)并使其符合社會要求呢?這對于世界觀、價值觀、人生觀尚不穩(wěn)定的他們來說,自然面臨著發(fā)展方向選擇的困惑。既然有選擇,就存在選擇正確與否的問題。要實現(xiàn)正確的選擇,除了起決定作用的內(nèi)因外,外力的引導(dǎo)、激勵也是必不可少的。那么如何才能充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生思想道德素質(zhì)評價的激勵、引導(dǎo)作用呢,本文首先從分析高職院校學(xué)生思想道德素質(zhì)評價機制的結(jié)構(gòu)開始,從各結(jié)構(gòu)之間的有效耦合來分析當(dāng)前思想道德素質(zhì)評價機制的運轉(zhuǎn)。 我們目前的思想道德素質(zhì)評價機制運行較之前些年有了很大的改善,如評價逐漸由總結(jié)性評價向形成性評價轉(zhuǎn)移、由消極等待評價向積極參與評價發(fā)展、由單方評價向多方評價過渡等,這都在一定程度上促進(jìn)了評價作用的有效發(fā)揮。但在當(dāng)前的評價實踐中,評價機制不完善仍然是制約學(xué)生思想道德素質(zhì)評價作用有效發(fā)揮的一個重要因素,其中包括評價過程中忽視高職院校學(xué)生的思想道德素質(zhì)特點和發(fā)展要求,重視終結(jié)性評價輕視形成性評價,重視定量評價輕視定性評價,等等。所以,要有效發(fā)揮學(xué)生思想道德素質(zhì)評價的作用,對當(dāng)前評價機制進(jìn)行優(yōu)化的探討應(yīng)該是我們首先面對的問題。 那么,如何對當(dāng)前思想道德素質(zhì)評價機制進(jìn)行優(yōu)化呢?我們可以從被評價者難以認(rèn)同評價結(jié)論這個現(xiàn)實出發(fā),尋找優(yōu)化評價機制的方式。把高職院校對學(xué)生思想道德素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)分成若干層次,然后根據(jù)不同層次高職學(xué)生思想道德的實際特點和發(fā)展愿望確定符合他們的評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn),使學(xué)生在適合自己評價目標(biāo)的引導(dǎo)、激勵下,不斷對自身的行為進(jìn)行糾偏,從而促使他們思想道德素質(zhì)的持續(xù)提高。同時,高職院校學(xué)生獨特的思想道德素質(zhì)特點決定了對他們評價時更應(yīng)充分發(fā)揮評價的引導(dǎo)、激勵作用,這恰恰是當(dāng)前我們在評價中沒有做好的。鑒于此,我們對高職院校學(xué)生進(jìn)行思想道德素質(zhì)評價時可以采取分層次、分階段的評價方式,以達(dá)到優(yōu)化評價機制的目的。 為了說明評價機制優(yōu)化的價值,最后以鄭州工業(yè)安全職業(yè)學(xué)院為例闡述了學(xué)生思想道德素質(zhì)分層次、分階段評價的實際效果。
[Abstract]:Students of higher vocational colleges, as highly skilled and applied professionals, are the new force in promoting the construction of new industrialization in our country. Their ideological and moral qualities are related to the prosperity of our country's socialist cause and the construction of a harmonious society. So, how can students improve their own ideological and moral quality and make it meet the social requirements? This for the world outlook, values, outlook on life is not stable for them, naturally facing the choice of development direction of confusion. Since there is a choice, there is the question of whether the choice is correct or not. In order to realize the correct choice, motivation is also essential in addition to internal and external determinant factors. So how can we give full play to the role of encouragement and guidance in the evaluation of students' ideological and moral qualities? this article begins with the analysis of the structure of the evaluation mechanism of students' ideological and moral quality in higher vocational colleges. From the effective coupling between the various structures to analyze the current ideological and moral quality evaluation mechanism operation. Compared with previous years, our current ideological and moral quality evaluation mechanism has greatly improved. For example, the evaluation has gradually shifted from summative evaluation to formative evaluation, from passive evaluation to active participation in evaluation. The transition from unilateral evaluation to multi-party evaluation promotes the effective performance of evaluation to some extent. However, in the current evaluation practice, the imperfection of evaluation mechanism is still an important factor that restricts the evaluation of students' ideological and moral quality. It includes ignoring the characteristics and development requirements of the students' ideological and moral quality, paying attention to the summative evaluation, despising the formative evaluation, valuing the quantitative evaluation and belittling the qualitative evaluation, and so on. Therefore, in order to give full play to the role of the evaluation of students' ideological and moral quality, the discussion on the optimization of the current evaluation mechanism should be the first problem we face. So, how to optimize the current ideological and moral quality evaluation mechanism? We can look for the way to optimize the evaluation mechanism from the fact that the evaluator is difficult to agree with the evaluation conclusion. The goal of cultivating students' ideological and moral quality in higher vocational colleges is divided into several levels, and then according to the actual characteristics and development desire of students' ideological and moral in different levels, it is determined to meet their evaluation criteria. Students should be guided and encouraged to correct their own behavior in order to improve their ideological and moral quality. At the same time, the special ideological and moral quality of the students in higher vocational colleges determines that they should be given full play to the guidance and encouragement of evaluation, which is precisely what we have not done well in the evaluation at present. In view of this, we can take a hierarchical and phased approach to evaluate the ideological and moral quality of students in higher vocational colleges, in order to achieve the purpose of optimizing the evaluation mechanism. In order to explain the value of the optimization of evaluation mechanism, this paper takes Zhengzhou Industrial Safety Vocational College as an example to expound the practical effect of students' ideological and moral quality in different levels and stages.
