【摘要】：民國(guó)時(shí)期為提高職業(yè)教育的質(zhì)量,培養(yǎng)符合社會(huì)需求的實(shí)用技能人才,政府、職業(yè)教育界對(duì)職業(yè)教師的任用條件作了明確規(guī)定,提出了符合職業(yè)教育特點(diǎn)的教育學(xué)識(shí)與職業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的雙重素質(zhì)和能力要求。但是,由于落實(shí)、執(zhí)行的不到位問(wèn)題,也給民國(guó)職業(yè)教育教師隊(duì)伍的質(zhì)量帶來(lái)直接的影響。通過(guò)對(duì)民國(guó)職業(yè)教育教師任用條件研究,為當(dāng)今現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the quality of vocational education and train practical skilled personnel to meet the needs of the society, the government and vocational education circles made clear provisions on the terms and conditions of appointment of vocational teachers during the period of the Republic of China. The double qualities and abilities of educational knowledge and professional experience which accord with the characteristics of vocational education are put forward. However, the quality of vocational education teachers in the Republic of China is directly influenced by the problems of implementation and implementation. By studying the conditions of appointment of vocational education teachers in the Republic of China, this paper provides a reference for the construction of teachers in modern vocational education.
