【摘要】：中高職的有效銜接不僅是現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系構(gòu)建的重要方面,也是職業(yè)教育優(yōu)化內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)、促進(jìn)自身發(fā)展的重要途徑。文章明確中高職銜接過程中積極樹立服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級、促進(jìn)職業(yè)教育有序發(fā)展以及注重學(xué)生持續(xù)發(fā)展能力培養(yǎng)的理念,分析當(dāng)下中高職發(fā)展過程中存在的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)層次性不清晰、專業(yè)設(shè)置缺乏整合、課程體系缺乏系統(tǒng)性、管理制度偏失等具體問題,繼而提出通過培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)與職業(yè)資格對接、專業(yè)設(shè)置與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對接、課程體系與職業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對接等對策來促使中高職實現(xiàn)內(nèi)涵
[Abstract]:The effective connection of middle and higher vocational education is not only an important aspect of the construction of modern vocational education system, but also an important way for vocational education to optimize its internal structure and promote its own development. The paper clarifies the idea of actively establishing the service industry structure upgrading, promoting the orderly development of vocational education and paying attention to the cultivation of students' ability of sustainable development in the course of connecting middle and high vocational education. This paper analyzes the specific problems existing in the development of middle and high vocational education, such as unclear levels of training objectives, lack of integration of major setup, lack of systematization of curriculum system, partial loss of management system, and so on, and then puts forward the docking between training objectives and professional qualifications. The combination of specialty setup and industry development, the connection of curriculum system and professional standard, and so on, to promote the realization of connotation in middle and higher vocational education.
