“三核培養(yǎng)”理念中學(xué)生素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)指標(biāo)體系及素質(zhì)學(xué)分的構(gòu)建

【摘要】:高職大學(xué)生素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)不僅要強(qiáng)化學(xué)生職業(yè)技能,還要培養(yǎng)社會主義核心價值觀和職業(yè)核心能力,形成核心價值觀、專業(yè)核心技能、職業(yè)核心能力"三核"為主體內(nèi)容的綜合素質(zhì)。除專業(yè)核心技能培養(yǎng)指標(biāo)體系外,構(gòu)建一套培養(yǎng)核心價值觀和職業(yè)核心能力的合適的指標(biāo)體系,合理認(rèn)定素質(zhì)學(xué)分,并通過行之有效的程序環(huán)節(jié)、操作規(guī)則和規(guī)章制度,將二者有效貫徹落實,形成可復(fù)制、可借鑒的學(xué)生素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)運行機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The quality training of higher vocational college students should not only strengthen students' vocational skills, but also cultivate socialist core values and professional core abilities to form core values and professional core skills.
