【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)高等職業(yè)教育不斷發(fā)展,教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提高也越來越引起社會(huì)各方面的關(guān)注,而職業(yè)教育的根本在于實(shí)踐教學(xué)活動(dòng)的開展,實(shí)踐教學(xué)在職業(yè)教育中所處的重要地位是顯而易見的,完善的實(shí)踐性教學(xué)是保證高職教育質(zhì)量的基本前提。目前我國(guó)高職院校實(shí)踐教學(xué)還存在諸多問題,還不能適應(yīng)職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展,改革與完善職業(yè)教育實(shí)踐性教學(xué)是當(dāng)前職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的必然要求和趨勢(shì)。隨著我國(guó)大型工業(yè)的逐漸復(fù)蘇,機(jī)械類人才需求也呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢(shì)。現(xiàn)代社會(huì)對(duì)機(jī)械類人才實(shí)踐操作技能和技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力提出了更高的要求,高職機(jī)械類專業(yè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)必須與時(shí)俱進(jìn),以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生現(xiàn)代職業(yè)素養(yǎng)和能力。論文通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)職業(yè)院校實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系理論研究成果的檢索、查閱,對(duì)該領(lǐng)域的研究成果進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的梳理基礎(chǔ)上,以江西工業(yè)貿(mào)易技術(shù)學(xué)院為個(gè)案研究對(duì)象,對(duì)該校機(jī)械類專業(yè)近年來在實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系中探索的實(shí)踐教學(xué)目標(biāo)調(diào)整、實(shí)踐教學(xué)內(nèi)容優(yōu)化、實(shí)踐教學(xué)方法改革、實(shí)踐教學(xué)條件改善、實(shí)踐教學(xué)管理強(qiáng)化等改革建設(shè)情況進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析,肯定了改革取得的成效:初步啟動(dòng)了“理論與實(shí)踐一體化”教學(xué),促進(jìn)了教師實(shí)踐科研能力的提高,校企合作辦學(xué)成效顯著,共贏局面初步打開,增強(qiáng)了學(xué)生動(dòng)手能力,提高了就業(yè)率,教學(xué)質(zhì)量明顯提高,各類成果顯著等,同時(shí)通過訪談和問卷調(diào)查分析發(fā)現(xiàn)本輪實(shí)踐教學(xué)改革中存在的不足,諸如教師的實(shí)踐教學(xué)能力仍較薄弱,校企合作需進(jìn)一步深入,專業(yè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)改革需進(jìn)一步深化等,并分析其癥因,繼而提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策與建議:在繼續(xù)完善實(shí)踐教學(xué)硬件設(shè)施建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)上,加強(qiáng)軟件建設(shè),特別要進(jìn)一步加大實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)力度、切實(shí)加強(qiáng)實(shí)踐教學(xué)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、深化一體化課程教學(xué)改革、建設(shè)開放式實(shí)驗(yàn)中心、融入現(xiàn)代教育手段、完善工學(xué)結(jié)合機(jī)制等,以期為高職院校相關(guān)專業(yè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)的改革提供一些參考。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of higher vocational education in our country, the improvement of teaching quality has attracted more and more attention from all aspects of society, and the foundation of vocational education lies in the development of practical teaching activities. The important position of practical teaching in vocational education is obvious. Perfect practical teaching is the basic premise to guarantee the quality of higher vocational education. At present, there are still many problems in practical teaching in higher vocational colleges, which can not adapt to the development of vocational education. Reforming and perfecting practical teaching of vocational education is the inevitable requirement and trend of the development of vocational education. With the gradual recovery of large-scale industries in China, the demand for mechanical talents is also on the rise. The modern society has put forward higher requirements for the practical operation skills and the technical application ability of mechanical talents. The practical teaching of mechanical specialty in higher vocational colleges must keep pace with the times in order to cultivate students' modern professional accomplishment and ability. On the basis of searching and consulting the theoretical research results of the practical teaching system in vocational colleges and universities in China, this paper takes Jiangxi Institute of Industrial Trade and Technology as a case study object on the basis of systematically combing the research results in this field. This paper deals with the adjustment of practical teaching objectives, the optimization of practical teaching contents, the reform of practical teaching methods and the improvement of practical teaching conditions, which have been explored in the practice teaching system in recent years. Through summing up and analyzing the situation of reform and construction, such as strengthening the management of practical teaching, and affirming the effect of the reform, the author has initially started the teaching of "theory and practice integration", has promoted the improvement of teachers' ability of practical scientific research, and the cooperation of school and enterprise has achieved remarkable results. The win-win situation has opened up initially, enhanced the students' practical ability, increased the employment rate, improved the teaching quality, and achieved remarkable results. At the same time, through interviews and questionnaire survey analysis, it was found that there are some shortcomings in this round of practical teaching reform. For example, teachers' practical teaching ability is still weak, the cooperation between schools and enterprises needs to be further deepened, and the reform of professional practice teaching needs to be further deepened. Then the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: on the basis of continuing to improve the construction of practical teaching hardware facilities, to strengthen the construction of software, especially to further strengthen the construction of practical training base, and to strengthen the construction of teaching staff in practical teaching. In order to provide some references for the reform of practical teaching of relevant majors in higher vocational colleges, we should deepen the reform of integrated course teaching, build an open experimental center, integrate modern educational means, and perfect the mechanism of combination of work and learning.
