江西A學(xué)院機(jī)械類專業(yè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)改革與反思
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of higher vocational education in our country, the improvement of teaching quality has attracted more and more attention from all aspects of society, and the foundation of vocational education lies in the development of practical teaching activities. The important position of practical teaching in vocational education is obvious. Perfect practical teaching is the basic premise to guarantee the quality of higher vocational education. At present, there are still many problems in practical teaching in higher vocational colleges, which can not adapt to the development of vocational education. Reforming and perfecting practical teaching of vocational education is the inevitable requirement and trend of the development of vocational education. With the gradual recovery of large-scale industries in China, the demand for mechanical talents is also on the rise. The modern society has put forward higher requirements for the practical operation skills and the technical application ability of mechanical talents. The practical teaching of mechanical specialty in higher vocational colleges must keep pace with the times in order to cultivate students' modern professional accomplishment and ability. On the basis of searching and consulting the theoretical research results of the practical teaching system in vocational colleges and universities in China, this paper takes Jiangxi Institute of Industrial Trade and Technology as a case study object on the basis of systematically combing the research results in this field. This paper deals with the adjustment of practical teaching objectives, the optimization of practical teaching contents, the reform of practical teaching methods and the improvement of practical teaching conditions, which have been explored in the practice teaching system in recent years. Through summing up and analyzing the situation of reform and construction, such as strengthening the management of practical teaching, and affirming the effect of the reform, the author has initially started the teaching of "theory and practice integration", has promoted the improvement of teachers' ability of practical scientific research, and the cooperation of school and enterprise has achieved remarkable results. The win-win situation has opened up initially, enhanced the students' practical ability, increased the employment rate, improved the teaching quality, and achieved remarkable results. At the same time, through interviews and questionnaire survey analysis, it was found that there are some shortcomings in this round of practical teaching reform. For example, teachers' practical teaching ability is still weak, the cooperation between schools and enterprises needs to be further deepened, and the reform of professional practice teaching needs to be further deepened. Then the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: on the basis of continuing to improve the construction of practical teaching hardware facilities, to strengthen the construction of software, especially to further strengthen the construction of practical training base, and to strengthen the construction of teaching staff in practical teaching. In order to provide some references for the reform of practical teaching of relevant majors in higher vocational colleges, we should deepen the reform of integrated course teaching, build an open experimental center, integrate modern educational means, and perfect the mechanism of combination of work and learning.
