【摘要】：隨著我國高校后勤社會化改革與發(fā)展的不斷深入,高校對學生公寓發(fā)揮管理、服務和育人職能的要求逐步強化。高校學生公寓不僅是大學生學習與生活的場所,更是課堂之外對大學生進行思想政治與素質(zhì)教育的重要陣地。高職院校學生的管理與教育難度相比于本科院校學生的大,不斷加強和改善學生公寓輔導員隊伍、物業(yè)管理隊伍和學生自治隊伍三位一體化的學生公寓管理隊伍建設,才能促進高職院校學生公寓管理工作開創(chuàng)新的局面。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform and development of the socialization of logistics in colleges and universities, the requirements for the management, service and educational functions of students' apartments have been gradually strengthened. College students' apartment is not only a place for college students to study and live, but also an important position for ideological, political and quality education outside the classroom. Compared with the undergraduate students, the management and education of students in higher vocational colleges are more difficult than those in undergraduate colleges, and the construction of student apartment management team, which consists of three integrated teams, namely, student apartment counselors, property management team and student autonomy team, is constantly strengthened and improved. In order to promote the higher vocational college student apartment management work to create a new situation.
