【摘要】：瑞士國(guó)小民少,卻雄居全球綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力首位,職業(yè)教育是其重要因素和秘密武器。從"立交橋"體系、"雙軌制"學(xué)徒、企業(yè)的觀(guān)念和行業(yè)的作用等方面,感悟瑞士職業(yè)教育成功的內(nèi)核,從職業(yè)教育體系建設(shè)、職業(yè)教育學(xué)徒制改革、職業(yè)教育市場(chǎng)化發(fā)展等方面分析對(duì)中國(guó)的啟示。
[Abstract]:Switzerland has a small population, but it ranks first in the overall competitiveness of the world. Vocational education is an important factor and secret weapon.
