職教公益性實(shí)現(xiàn)形式的國際比較——以德、美、英、澳為研究對象

【摘要】:職教公益性是職業(yè)教育自身的基本屬性之一,也是職業(yè)教育自身存在的重要價值和意義所在。由于社會制度、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、職業(yè)教育發(fā)達(dá)程度的差異,德、美、英、澳等國在職教公益性的實(shí)現(xiàn)形式方面也呈現(xiàn)多樣化的特點(diǎn)。綜合來看,職業(yè)教育公益性的實(shí)現(xiàn),需要將職業(yè)教育作為國家戰(zhàn)略來推進(jìn)、加強(qiáng)法制建設(shè)為職業(yè)教育提供保障、政府統(tǒng)籌推動職業(yè)教育發(fā)展、完善現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系構(gòu)建、通過協(xié)同創(chuàng)新激發(fā)職業(yè)教育活力等。
[Abstract]:The commonweal nature of vocational education is one of the basic attributes of vocational education itself, and it is also the important value and significance of the existence of vocational education itself. Due to the differences in social system, economic development level and the degree of vocational education development, Germany, the United States, Britain, Australia and other countries have diversified characteristics in the realization of the commonweal nature of vocational education. In general, the realization of public welfare of vocational education needs to be promoted as a national strategy, to strengthen the construction of legal system to provide guarantee for vocational education, to promote the development of vocational education as a whole, and to perfect the construction of modern vocational education system. To stimulate the vitality of vocational education through collaborative innovation.
