中職學(xué)前教育專業(yè)學(xué)生職業(yè)習(xí)慣養(yǎng)成教育的策略研究
[Abstract]:At present, the middle level preschool education majors undertake half of the pre-service training of preschool teachers. As future preschool teachers, students' behavior, and learning habits not only have an important impact on their own learning. And will play an important role in the future career. Through the investigation, this study found that there is a considerable distance between the behavior norms and the post requirements of pre-school students in secondary vocational schools, and the reasons behind the serious problems in the behavior habits of secondary vocational students are deeply explored. We find that this is closely related to the degree of attention to students' behavior habits and the way of developing education in secondary vocational colleges. At present, most secondary vocational colleges' educational management has not yet formed a scientific management ecology, and the depth of cooperation between schools and enterprises is insufficient. In order to improve the quality of vocational school students of preschool education and meet the needs of the development of preschool education industry, this study focuses on the professional habits of preschool education from language habits, living habits and learning habits. Five aspects of thinking habits and emotional habits are refined, and the contents of students' vocational habit cultivation education are comprehensively implemented to all aspects of students' life, starting from teaching management, student management, teaching reform and environmental construction. In order to train the students of pre-school education in secondary vocational school to form good professional habits, the framework system of teaching management, student management, teaching reform and environmental construction is preliminarily constructed.
