【摘要】：學(xué)徒制是奧地利中等職業(yè)教育體系重要組成部分,是奧地利職業(yè)教育改革與發(fā)展的重要領(lǐng)域。本文以21世紀(jì)以來奧地利學(xué)徒制改革為研究對象,重點論述其改革的背景、改革的內(nèi)容,并分析其改革的特點與成效,最后得出對我國職業(yè)教育的改革與發(fā)展的啟示。 本研究主要由六部分組成：第一部分,是對奧地利學(xué)徒制相關(guān)中外文獻(xiàn)綜述,對本研究的核心概念做出概念界定,并明確本研究的內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)、研究思路和方法。第二部分：對奧地利國家和職業(yè)教育體系進(jìn)行概括,重點交代奧地利學(xué)徒制在其整個教育體系中所占的位置與作用。第三部分：主要是闡述奧地利學(xué)徒制的產(chǎn)生背景和發(fā)展階段,并沿著歷史的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)引申到21世紀(jì),在此著重論述21世紀(jì)以來奧地利學(xué)徒制改革的背景與目標(biāo)。第四部分：主要論述21世紀(jì)以來奧地利學(xué)徒制改革的內(nèi)容；第五部分：重點對21世紀(jì)以來奧地利學(xué)徒制改革的特點與成效進(jìn)行分析；第六部分：為本研究的落腳點,即重點論述奧地利學(xué)徒制的改革與發(fā)展對我國的啟示。
[Abstract]:Apprenticeship is an important part of Austrian secondary vocational education system and an important field of Austrian vocational education reform and development. This paper focuses on the background and content of the reform of the apprenticeship system in Austria since the 21st century, and analyzes its characteristics and results. Finally, it draws some enlightenment to the reform and development of vocational education in China. This study consists of six parts: the first part is a review of the relevant literature on the Austrian apprenticeship system, the definition of the core concepts of this study, and clear the content structure of this study, research ideas and methods. The second part summarizes the national and vocational education system of Austria and emphasizes the position and function of the apprenticeship system in Austria. The third part mainly expounds the background and development stage of the Austrian apprenticeship system, and extends it to the 21st century along the historical development context. The background and goal of the Austrian apprenticeship system reform since the 21st century are emphatically discussed here. The fourth part mainly discusses the content of the Austrian apprenticeship system reform since the 21st century; the fifth part: the analysis of the characteristics and results of the Austrian apprenticeship system reform since the 21st century; the sixth part: the foothold of this study, This paper mainly discusses the enlightenment of the reform and development of Austrian apprenticeship system to our country.
