【摘要】：民族職業(yè)教育在修復(fù)傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代、教育與經(jīng)濟(jì)、知識(shí)與生活、同一與多樣、本土與世界、個(gè)人與社會(huì)之間的矛盾與裂痕方面,表現(xiàn)出許多積極可為之處。但同時(shí),其又面臨著目標(biāo)定位、社會(huì)認(rèn)同、辦學(xué)體制、發(fā)展模式、組織管理、資金投入和發(fā)展動(dòng)力之困境。進(jìn)一步完善民族職業(yè)教育立法,改善民族職業(yè)教育的認(rèn)知環(huán)境與制度安排,構(gòu)建民族職業(yè)教育多元的辦學(xué)主體與發(fā)展模式,是應(yīng)對(duì)其所面臨的難為之處境、促進(jìn)其健康、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的能為之舉。
[Abstract]:Ethnic vocational education shows many positive aspects in repairing the contradictions and cracks between tradition and modernity, education and economy, knowledge and life, identity and diversity, native and world, individual and society. But at the same time, it faces the dilemma of target orientation, social identity, school running system, development mode, organization management, capital investment and development power. To further perfect the legislation of ethnic vocational education, to improve the cognitive environment and institutional arrangement of ethnic vocational education, and to construct the multi-dimensional main body and development mode of ethnic vocational education are to deal with the difficult situation it faces and to promote its health. Sustainable development can be done.
