區(qū)域教育視角下農(nóng)村中職學(xué)生流失現(xiàn)象調(diào)查及對策分析

【摘要】:改革開放尤其是進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)以來,在大力發(fā)展中等職業(yè)教育政策引導(dǎo)及促進(jìn)下,我國中等職業(yè)教育呈較快發(fā)展態(tài)勢,十二五期間,建成現(xiàn)代化的中等職業(yè)教育體系又是我國現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的新需求,“十八大”會(huì)議要求,到2020年全面建成小康社會(huì)。全面建成小康社會(huì),必然需要培訓(xùn)大量的人才,中等職業(yè)教育作為職業(yè)教育的主力軍,既任務(wù)艱巨,又機(jī)遇突顯。然而,當(dāng)前農(nóng)村中等職業(yè)教育未能完全融入當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,,與本地的經(jīng)濟(jì)接軌成效不顯著,中等職業(yè)教育作為培養(yǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)工人、職業(yè)員工的主體作用發(fā)揮有限。在國家中等職業(yè)教育政策進(jìn)一步利好的情況下,學(xué)生“招收難、留住難、擇業(yè)難”的現(xiàn)象仍然存在,學(xué)生流失的現(xiàn)象也仍然存在,既影響了中等職業(yè)教育的生存和進(jìn)步,又制約了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。如何降低中職學(xué)生的流失率,讓區(qū)域中等職業(yè)教育成為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展強(qiáng)有力的助推劑,對此問題進(jìn)行深入的分析、調(diào)查和研究,使中等職業(yè)教育健康、持續(xù)發(fā)展,為當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展發(fā)揮正能量,具有非常重要的意義。 本文筆者通過對所在學(xué)校的調(diào)查、走訪、在一定程度上了解了中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生流失的現(xiàn)狀,分析了造成流失的原因,就如何降低中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生的流失、讓區(qū)域中等職業(yè)教育更好地服務(wù)當(dāng)?shù)貐^(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)提出了相關(guān)對策。文章共分為四個(gè)部分: 第一部分為緒論,在緒論中筆者就文章所要研究的問題、研究的意義、國內(nèi)外研究的情況作了介紹,對基本概念做了界定;闡明了控制中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生流失,更好地為當(dāng)?shù)貐^(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)服好務(wù)的目的;闡述了以調(diào)查法、訪談法等為主的研究方法;確定了研究對象、搜集相關(guān)信息資料、進(jìn)行階段性和綜合性研究、最終成研究論文的研究思路。 第二部分以大竹為區(qū)域樣本,研究分析了區(qū)域中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展在服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的地位和積極作用。首先對大竹縣區(qū)域中等職業(yè)教育現(xiàn)狀作了介紹,其次對大竹縣中等職業(yè)教育對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的推動(dòng)和促進(jìn)作用進(jìn)行了闡述。 第三部分以區(qū)域教育的視角闡釋了中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生流失現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查。從大竹縣職業(yè)中學(xué)的外部環(huán)境、大竹縣職業(yè)中學(xué)的發(fā)展兩個(gè)方面對中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的發(fā)展情況作了介紹,分析了學(xué)生流失的現(xiàn)狀及特點(diǎn)、學(xué)生的流失去向、流失的原因,并深入探究了學(xué)生的流失對區(qū)域教育的影響。 第四部分著眼于區(qū)域中等職業(yè)教育更好服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展角度,闡釋了控制中職學(xué)生流失,為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)服好務(wù)的基本對策。從做好專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,發(fā)展區(qū)域職教,彰顯區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)特色;利用好資源,發(fā)展區(qū)域職教,建立區(qū)域職教服務(wù)體系;加強(qiáng)學(xué)校自身建設(shè),發(fā)展區(qū)域職教,搭建人才培養(yǎng)平臺;拓寬就業(yè)渠道,使區(qū)域中職教育影響力得到提升;整合本地職教資源,做大做強(qiáng)區(qū)域中等職業(yè)教育等方面闡述了區(qū)域中等職業(yè)教育立足于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,從而達(dá)到控制中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生流失的目的基本對策。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, especially in the new century, the secondary vocational education in China has been developing rapidly under the guidance and promotion of the policy of secondary vocational education. In 12th Five-Year, the construction of a modern secondary vocational education system is a new demand for the development of China's modernization. The "Eighteen major" conference requires the completion of a comprehensive completion by 2020. It is necessary to train a large number of talents in an all-round way to build a well-off society in an all-round way. Secondary vocational education is the main force of vocational education. It has both arduous tasks and opportunities. However, the current rural secondary vocational education is not fully integrated into the local economic development, and the results are not remarkable with the local economy. Secondary vocational education is the training production. The main role of the workers and employees is limited. In the case of the national secondary vocational education policy, the phenomenon of the students "difficult to recruit, keep difficult, and find a job difficult" still exists, and the phenomenon of the loss of students still exists, which not only affects the survival and progress of secondary vocational education, but also restricts the development of regional economy. How to reduce the loss rate of secondary vocational students and make the regional secondary vocational education become a powerful boost agent for regional economic development, it is of great significance to carry out in-depth analysis, investigation and research to make secondary vocational education healthy and continuous development and play positive energy for the development of local economy.
In this paper, through the investigation and visit to the school, the author understands the development of secondary vocational schools and the current situation of the loss of students in secondary vocational schools, analyzes the causes of the loss, and how to reduce the loss of students in secondary vocational schools and make the regional and other vocational education better serve the local regional economy. The article is divided into four parts:
The first part is the introduction. In the introduction, the author introduces the research problems, the significance of the research, the domestic and foreign research, defines the basic concepts, clarifies the control of the loss of students in secondary vocational schools and better serve the local regional economy, and expounds the research method, interview method and so on. The research method is to determine the object of study, collect relevant information and materials, conduct stage and comprehensive research, and eventually become a research paper research ideas.
The second part, taking Dazhu as the regional sample, studied and analyzed the status and positive role of the development of regional secondary vocational education in the economic development of the service region. First, the present situation of the secondary vocational education in Dazhu county was introduced. Secondly, the promotion and promoting role of secondary vocational education in Dazhu county to the economic development was expounded.
The third part explains the current situation of the loss of students in secondary vocational schools from the perspective of regional education. From the external environment of the vocational middle school in Dazhu county and the development of secondary vocational schools in Dazhu County, the development of secondary vocational schools is introduced. The present status and characteristics of the loss of students, the whereabouts of the loss of students and the reasons for the loss are analyzed. And explores the impact of student drain on regional education.
The fourth part, focusing on the development of regional secondary vocational education to better serve regional economic development, explains the basic countermeasures to control the loss of secondary vocational students and serve the regional economy, and to develop regional vocational education, develop regional vocational education and establish a regional vocational education service system by adjusting the professional structure, developing regional vocational education and showing regional economic characteristics. We should strengthen the construction of the school itself, develop regional vocational education, build up a talent training platform, widen the employment channel, improve the influence of the regional secondary vocational education, integrate the local vocational education resources, and make a big and strong regional secondary vocational education, and elaborate that the regional secondary vocational education is based on the development of the regional economy, thus achieving the control of the secondary occupation.
