【摘要】：探索高職音樂(lè)表演專業(yè)教育特色,必須轉(zhuǎn)變?nèi)瞬排囵B(yǎng)目標(biāo)和辦學(xué)定位,打造高職音樂(lè)表演特色之路。通過(guò)客觀綜合分析學(xué)生擇業(yè)興趣和企業(yè)需求兩部分,剖析行業(yè)人才需求失衡現(xiàn)象的內(nèi)在問(wèn)題,在教學(xué)改革措施中應(yīng)引入適合的企業(yè)參與,共同完善人才培養(yǎng)方案;建立基于崗位能力的人才標(biāo)準(zhǔn),實(shí)行教學(xué)實(shí)踐"一體化",充分發(fā)揮教研室在人才培養(yǎng)的支撐作用,注重"雙師型"教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè),從而提高高職音樂(lè)表演專業(yè)的辦學(xué)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the educational characteristics of music performance major in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to change the goal of talent training and the orientation of running a school, and to build the road of music performance characteristics in higher vocational colleges. Through the objective and comprehensive analysis of the students' interest in choosing a job and the enterprise's demand, this paper analyzes the inherent problems of the imbalance in the demand for talents in the industry, and should introduce appropriate enterprises' participation in the teaching reform measures, and jointly perfect the talent training scheme. To establish the talent standard based on post ability, to carry out the integration of teaching practice, to give full play to the supporting role of the teaching and research office in the training of talents, and to pay attention to the construction of "double qualified" teachers, so as to improve the running quality of music performance specialty in higher vocational colleges.
