基于共青團(tuán)工作的中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生自信培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:中等職業(yè)學(xué)校生源主要為中考失利的學(xué)生,這部分學(xué)生中學(xué)時期正處于青春期,沒有形成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,學(xué)習(xí)成績低、學(xué)習(xí)能力差,常常受到老師及家長的批評,很少有成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn),對自己各方面都缺乏自信。中考后,這些孩子進(jìn)入了一直被外界認(rèn)為是“二流教育”、“末等教育”,只有成績差的人才會去就讀的職業(yè)院校后,原本對自己評價很低的學(xué)生,更覺能力差,自身無望,采取上課睡覺、逃課、打架等方式逃避內(nèi)心自我認(rèn)識的矛盾,于是認(rèn)知—情感—行動“三者形成了惡性循環(huán)”,從而嚴(yán)重影響學(xué)生自信心的建立。本研究以學(xué)生自信為研究對象,試圖探索通過共青團(tuán)活動培養(yǎng)和提升學(xué)生自信的方法和策略。 第一分部本研究采取了調(diào)查問卷法,,采用畢重增、黃希庭編制的《青年學(xué)生自信問卷》,對400名中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的學(xué)生進(jìn)行調(diào)查,結(jié)果顯示這些學(xué)生在相關(guān)的五個方面都表現(xiàn)出不同程度的不自信。以調(diào)查為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行學(xué)生不自信的歸因分析。 第二部分分析論證共青團(tuán)活動對學(xué)生自信培養(yǎng)的功能。具體闡述:1.共青團(tuán)活動的開展有助于學(xué)生尋找成敗的正確歸因,樹立正確的自我評價方式。2.共青團(tuán)活動的成功舉辦為學(xué)生樹立成功榜樣,運(yùn)用榜樣作用引導(dǎo)學(xué)生建立自信。3.共青團(tuán)活動增大了學(xué)生成功體驗(yàn)的機(jī)會,幫助學(xué)生在成功中增強(qiáng)自信。4.共青團(tuán)活動的開展增強(qiáng)了學(xué)生心理受挫能力,有助于學(xué)生建立穩(wěn)定的自信。5.通過共青團(tuán)活動激發(fā)學(xué)生的智能潛力,在了解自我,認(rèn)識自我基礎(chǔ)上,充分建立自信。 第三部分本研究針對中職學(xué)生中存在不自信現(xiàn)象,基于共青團(tuán)活動對學(xué)生自信的培養(yǎng)功能,提出關(guān)于開展共青團(tuán)活動培養(yǎng)中等職業(yè)學(xué)生自信的二點(diǎn)做法。
[Abstract]:The students in secondary vocational schools are mainly students who have failed in the middle school examination. This part of the students is in adolescence during their middle school period. They have not formed a good study habit, have low academic achievements, and have poor learning ability. They are often criticized by teachers and parents. Very few successful experience, lack of confidence in all aspects of their own. After the middle school examination, these children entered what has been regarded by the outside world as "second-rate education" or "final education." only those with poor grades will go to the vocational colleges where they study. After attending the vocational colleges, the students who originally had a very low evaluation of themselves were even more aware of their ability and had no hope for themselves. By sleeping in class, skipping class and fighting to avoid the contradiction of inner self-knowledge, cognition, emotion and action "form a vicious circle", which seriously affects the establishment of students' self-confidence. This study aims at exploring the methods and strategies of cultivating and promoting students' self-confidence through the activities of the Communist Youth League. The first part of the study adopted the questionnaire method, using the "Young students confidence questionnaire", which was compiled by Huang Xiting, and investigated 400 students in secondary vocational schools. The results showed that the students showed varying degrees of self-distrust in all five related areas. Based on the survey, the attribution analysis of students' disconfidence was carried out. The second part analyzes and demonstrates the function of the Communist Youth League activities on the cultivation of students' self-confidence. The development of the Communist Youth League activities helps students to find the correct attribution of success or failure, to set the correct self-evaluation method .2.The successful holding of the Communist Youth League activities sets a successful example for the students. Using the role of example to guide students to establish self-confidence .3.The activities of the Communist Youth League increase the chances of students' successful experience, help students to enhance their self-confidence in success .4.The development of the activities of the Communist Youth League enhances the students' ability of psychological frustration. Help students to establish stable self-confidence. 5. Inspire students' intelligence potential through the activities of the Communist Youth League, and fully establish self-confidence on the basis of understanding themselves and knowing themselves. The third part of this study is aimed at the phenomenon of disconfidence among the students in secondary vocational schools. Based on the function of the Communist Youth League activities to cultivate students' self-confidence, the author puts forward two measures to develop the activities of the Communist Youth League to cultivate the self-confidence of secondary vocational students.
