【摘要】：管理能力是高職院校財經大類學生在職業(yè)工作過程當中所需要的關鍵發(fā)展能力。本文認為,高職院校財經大類專業(yè)學生的職業(yè)發(fā)展的關鍵能力是管理能力。在人才培養(yǎng)中要實現學生管理能力的培養(yǎng)必須推進《管理學》課程教學改革。必須明確課程定位和目標,做到基于工作過程需求導向實施課程內容的解構和重構,基于職業(yè)成長規(guī)律創(chuàng)新課程教學模式,基于課程目標實現改革教學方法和手段,基于項目教學開展資源建設,基于能力考查改革課程考核。
[Abstract]:Management ability is the key development ability needed by the students of finance and economics in higher vocational colleges in the process of professional work. This paper holds that the key ability of professional development of students majoring in finance and economics in higher vocational colleges is management ability. In order to realize the cultivation of students' management ability, the teaching reform of management course must be promoted. It is necessary to define the orientation and objectives of the curriculum, to implement the deconstruction and reconstruction of the curriculum content based on the demand orientation of the work process, to innovate the teaching mode based on the law of professional growth, and to reform the teaching methods and means based on the curriculum objectives. Project-based teaching to carry out resource building, based on the ability of the reform of the curriculum assessment.
