【摘要】：由于學生生活條件優(yōu)越、學生職業(yè)期待的"非生存化"、家長要求和期待的"非經濟化"等原因所致,經濟發(fā)達地區(qū)職業(yè)教育在核心人性訴求上有別于內地經濟欠發(fā)達地區(qū)職業(yè)教育,學生的幸福人性訴求構成了該區(qū)域職業(yè)教育首要面臨和解答的問題。為此,該區(qū)域的職業(yè)院校應該認清問題實質,以幸福教育作為其核心價值追求,適時調整教育理念和實踐措施,最終從根本上提高人才培養(yǎng)的質量,實現(xiàn)該區(qū)域職業(yè)教育的長遠、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As a result of the superior living conditions of students, the "non-existence" of students' professional expectations, and the "non-economic" expectations of parents, Vocational education in the economically developed areas is different from the vocational education in the economically underdeveloped areas in terms of core human demands. The students' happy human demands constitute the primary problems faced and answered by the vocational education in this region. Therefore, vocational colleges and universities in this region should recognize the essence of the problem, take happiness education as their core value pursuit, adjust their educational ideas and practical measures at the right time, and ultimately improve the quality of talent training fundamentally. To realize the long-term and stable development of vocational education in the region.
