【摘要】：職業(yè)素質(zhì)是獸藥學(xué)類大學(xué)生能否順利就業(yè)并很快適應(yīng)工作進(jìn)而取得成效的重要影響因素。通過(guò)問(wèn)卷、訪談等調(diào)研,理清獸藥學(xué)類大學(xué)生職業(yè)素質(zhì)存在的問(wèn)題,并分析產(chǎn)生問(wèn)題的原因,探索創(chuàng)新職業(yè)素質(zhì)養(yǎng)成教育的新模式,以培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)、高技能獸藥學(xué)類應(yīng)用型人才,實(shí)現(xiàn)獸藥學(xué)類大學(xué)生就業(yè)與行業(yè)人才需求的有效對(duì)接。
[Abstract]:Professional quality is an important influencing factor for the successful employment of veterinary pharmacy students and their quick adaptation to the work. By means of questionnaire, interview and other research, this paper clarifies the problems existing in the professional quality of veterinary pharmacy college students, analyzes the causes of the problems, and explores the new mode of innovating the professional quality cultivation education in order to cultivate the high quality. The application talents of high skill veterinary pharmacy can realize the effective docking between the employment of veterinary pharmacy college students and the demand of talents in the trade.
