【摘要】：文化是聯(lián)系高職院校和行業(yè)企業(yè)的橋梁與紐帶,高職校園文化與企業(yè)文化的沖突與融合成為校企交往合作過程中不可回避的文化現(xiàn)象,也是恰當(dāng)處理校企深度融合過程中產(chǎn)生的沖突與矛盾的關(guān)鍵所在。作為文化育人載體的高職校園文化建設(shè)需要融入行業(yè)企業(yè)元素,體現(xiàn)行業(yè)企業(yè)特色,在校企共建高職校園文化的過程中需要正視校園文化和企業(yè)文化帶來的沖突,尋找兩者的契合點(diǎn),破解沖突,推動(dòng)文化的融合,進(jìn)而通過校企共建、產(chǎn)教融合、文化交融、管理互通來實(shí)現(xiàn)高職校園文化建設(shè)的校企共建路徑。
[Abstract]:Culture is the bridge and link between higher vocational colleges and enterprises. The conflict and fusion between campus culture and enterprise culture has become an unavoidable cultural phenomenon in the process of communication and cooperation between colleges and enterprises. It is also the key to deal with conflicts and contradictions in the process of deep integration of schools and enterprises. As a carrier of cultural education, the construction of campus culture in higher vocational education needs to be integrated into the elements of industry and enterprise, to reflect the characteristics of enterprises, and to face up to the conflicts between campus culture and enterprise culture in the process of co-construction of campus culture between school and enterprise. To find the joint point of the two, to solve the conflict, to promote the integration of culture, and then through the co-construction of enterprises, industry and education, cultural integration, management mutual to achieve the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges and enterprises co-construction path.
