【摘要】：職業(yè)教育治理體系的現(xiàn)代化既是國家治理體系現(xiàn)代化在教育領(lǐng)域的延伸,也是關(guān)系到職業(yè)教育改革效果的基本理論問題。從現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育治理體系看,其可以分為層級式、分權(quán)式和協(xié)商式等三種類型。協(xié)商式治理體系既符合職業(yè)教育治理體系現(xiàn)代化的基本標(biāo)準(zhǔn),也體現(xiàn)職業(yè)教育治理體系現(xiàn)代化的基本表征。因此,協(xié)商式治理體系成為職業(yè)教育治理體系的發(fā)展方向,應(yīng)該遵循明確資本、搭建平臺、理性表達(dá)、民主決策、形成規(guī)則這個基本路徑。
[Abstract]:The modernization of the vocational education governance system is not only an extension of the modernization of the national governance system in the field of education, but also a basic theoretical issue related to the effect of the vocational education reform. From the perspective of modern vocational education governance system, it can be divided into three types: hierarchy, decentralization and negotiation. The consultative governance system not only accords with the basic standards of the modernization of the vocational education governance system, but also embodies the basic representation of the modernization of the vocational education governance system. Therefore, the consultative governance system becomes the development direction of the vocational education governance system, and should follow the basic path of defining capital, setting up a platform, expressing rationally, making democratic decisions and forming rules.
