【摘要】：俄羅斯正處于文化轉(zhuǎn)型的過程當(dāng)中,其文化轉(zhuǎn)型呈現(xiàn)出的民族性、時代性、多元化特征指引著俄羅斯職業(yè)教育指導(dǎo)思想和具體舉措的改革方向,使職業(yè)教育培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)從只注重國家到兼顧國家與個人,職業(yè)教育管理體制從集權(quán)到分權(quán)與民主化,職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)主體從政府推動到市場化,職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)經(jīng)費從國家承擔(dān)到多元化,職業(yè)教育質(zhì)量標(biāo)準從靜態(tài)到靈活與國際化,職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)模式從繼承傳統(tǒng)到追求創(chuàng)新。這為我國職業(yè)教育可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了良好的經(jīng)驗與啟示,我們要充分認識傳統(tǒng)文化因素對我國職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的制約和促進作用,不斷跟隨時代步伐把握文化轉(zhuǎn)型變化特點對職業(yè)教育發(fā)展提出的新要求,要注重政府統(tǒng)籌與市場調(diào)節(jié)相結(jié)合。
[Abstract]:Russia is in the process of cultural transformation. The national, contemporary and pluralistic characteristics of its cultural transformation guide the reform direction of the guiding ideology and concrete measures of Russian vocational education. The goal of vocational education is from the state to the individual, the management system of vocational education from centralization to decentralization and democratization, the main body of vocational education from the government to the market. The cost of running a school for vocational education is from the state to diversification, the quality standard of vocational education is from static to flexible and international, and the training mode of vocational education talents is from inheriting tradition to pursuing innovation. This provides good experience and inspiration for the sustainable development of vocational education in China. We should fully understand the restriction and promotion effect of traditional cultural factors on the development of vocational education in China. To keep pace with the times and grasp the new requirements for the development of vocational education due to the changing characteristics of cultural transformation, we should pay attention to the combination of government planning and market regulation.
