基于校企視角下職業(yè)能力認(rèn)知契合研究

【摘要】:職業(yè)能力的研究始于20世紀(jì)初,當(dāng)前國內(nèi)關(guān)于職業(yè)能力的研究主要集中在其內(nèi)涵、形成和培養(yǎng)模式上,基本上都是通過借鑒、學(xué)習(xí)國外理論與模式的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)我國國內(nèi)具體教育狀況進(jìn)行構(gòu)建理論,針對具體專業(yè)提出該專業(yè)的具體職業(yè)能力要求。缺乏一種縱向研究觀念,也就是說目前的研究只是停留在理論探索階段,未進(jìn)入實(shí)質(zhì)地理論應(yīng)用模式。尤其是基于中國的特定文化背景,高校和企業(yè)對職業(yè)能力的職業(yè)化缺乏關(guān)注,積極探索和尋找校企雙方在職業(yè)能力方面的認(rèn)知契合已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)現(xiàn)實(shí)的課題。 本文將首先根據(jù)國內(nèi)外職業(yè)能力研究文獻(xiàn),確定職業(yè)能力含義和內(nèi)容,然后運(yùn)用質(zhì)化研究中的訪談分析法,選取了10名企業(yè)管理者和12名高校教師作為訪談研究對象,建構(gòu)職業(yè)能力兩大分類,確定職業(yè)能力的18項(xiàng)職業(yè)能力構(gòu)成要素和影響職業(yè)能力的4項(xiàng)因素。根據(jù)質(zhì)性研究結(jié)果,設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問卷,更大范圍地抽樣調(diào)查職業(yè)能力的現(xiàn)狀,一方面,判斷質(zhì)性研究結(jié)論的合理性,另一方面通過數(shù)據(jù)分析可進(jìn)一步分析得到校企雙方對職業(yè)能力關(guān)注的側(cè)重點(diǎn)和盲區(qū)。最后,根據(jù)質(zhì)性研究結(jié)果和量化研究結(jié)果分別探討研究影響職業(yè)能力的因素,為雙方的認(rèn)知契合提供切入點(diǎn),,并對高校和企業(yè)如何開發(fā)職業(yè)能力提出有效建議。 本研究不僅有利于明確職業(yè)能力的形成和發(fā)展機(jī)理,并且通過對職業(yè)能力開發(fā)理論的關(guān)注促使校企雙方關(guān)注職業(yè)能力的職業(yè)化特征,對高校調(diào)整專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和企業(yè)完善培訓(xùn)機(jī)制都有著一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The study of vocational ability began at the beginning of 20th century. At present, the research on vocational ability in China is mainly focused on its connotation, formation and training model, and is basically based on learning foreign theories and models through reference. According to the construction theory of our country's specific education situation, the author puts forward the specific professional ability requirements for the specific specialty. Lack of a vertical research concept, that is, the current research only stays in the stage of theoretical exploration, not into the substantive application of the theory. Especially based on the specific cultural background of China, colleges and enterprises lack of attention to the professionalization of professional ability, so it has become a realistic topic to actively explore and find the cognitive fit between the two sides in terms of professional competence. In this paper, firstly, according to the domestic and foreign professional ability research literature, to determine the meaning and content of vocational competence, then using the qualitative analysis of interview analysis, selected 10 corporate managers and 12 university teachers as the interview research object. Two major categories of vocational ability are constructed, and 18 elements of vocational ability and 4 factors influencing vocational ability are determined. According to the results of qualitative research, a questionnaire is designed to investigate the present situation of professional competence in a wider sample. On the one hand, the rationality of qualitative research conclusions is judged. On the other hand, through the analysis of data, we can get the focus and blind zone of both schools and enterprises. Finally, according to the qualitative research results and the quantitative research results, this paper discusses the factors that affect the vocational ability, provides a starting point for the cognitive agreement between the two sides, and puts forward effective suggestions on how to develop the vocational competence in colleges and universities and enterprises. This study is not only helpful to clarify the formation and development mechanism of vocational competence, but also to urge both schools and enterprises to pay attention to the professionalization characteristics of vocational competence through paying attention to the theory of vocational competence development. It has certain reference significance for colleges and universities to adjust the professional structure and improve the training mechanism.
