【摘要】：職業(yè)教育“立交橋”是銜接中職教育與高職教育,中高職教育與普通高等教育之間的紐帶。構(gòu)建完善的職業(yè)教育“立交橋”對(duì)完善職業(yè)教育內(nèi)部體系,實(shí)現(xiàn)職業(yè)教育與普通教育的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展有著十分重要的意義。 本文通過(guò)田野調(diào)查法和訪談法,重點(diǎn)著眼南寧市職業(yè)教育“立交橋"的中高職銜接現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)南寧市職業(yè)教育“立交橋”的發(fā)展政策,職業(yè)教育“立交橋”各銜接模式的比重,職業(yè)教育“立交橋”銜接模式的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),職業(yè)教育“立交橋”各銜接模式的升學(xué)難度,職業(yè)教育“立交橋”的專業(yè)設(shè)置,以及職業(yè)教育“立交橋”的校企合作幾個(gè)方面,逐一進(jìn)行考察分析。通過(guò)對(duì)以上現(xiàn)狀的考察,本文提出了南寧市職業(yè)教育“立交橋"發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在的一些問(wèn)題：政出多門(mén)、選拔模式單一、職教招生瓶頸、升學(xué)途徑限制、專業(yè)設(shè)置欠佳等。最后,本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究法和比較研究法,借鑒國(guó)外的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和相關(guān)理論研究文獻(xiàn),針對(duì)南寧市職業(yè)教育“立交橋”現(xiàn)階段的發(fā)展問(wèn)題,從建立科學(xué)、高效的上層建筑,完善銜接模式,打破職教認(rèn)識(shí)誤區(qū),放寬升學(xué)要求,完善專業(yè)設(shè)置,加強(qiáng)合作辦學(xué)以及搭建區(qū)域性學(xué)分銀行等不同角度給出了積極的應(yīng)對(duì)建議。
[Abstract]:The "overpass" of vocational education is the link between secondary vocational education and higher vocational education, and between middle vocational education and general higher education. It is of great significance to construct a perfect "overpass" for vocational education to perfect the internal system of vocational education and to realize the harmonious development of vocational education and general education. Based on field investigation and interview, this paper focuses on the current situation of vocational education "overpass" in Nanning, the development policy of "overpass" of vocational education in Nanning, and the proportion of bridging mode of vocational education "overpass". The development trend of the bridging mode of "overpass" in vocational education, the difficulty of each connecting mode of "overpass" in vocational education, the specialty setting of "overpass" in vocational education, and the cooperation between school and enterprise in vocational education "overpass" are discussed. Investigate and analyze one by one. Through the investigation of the present situation above, this paper puts forward some problems existing in the development process of Nanning vocational education "overpass", such as multiple political affairs, single selection mode, bottleneck of enrollment of vocational education, restriction of entrance to higher education, poor professional setting and so on. Finally, through the literature research method and the comparative research method, the article draws lessons from the foreign related experience and the related theory research literature, in view of the Nanning vocational education "overpass" present stage development question, from establishes the science, the high efficiency superstructure, The author puts forward some positive suggestions from different angles such as perfecting the cohesive mode, breaking the misunderstanding of vocational education, relaxing the requirements for further study, perfecting the specialty setting, strengthening the cooperation in running a school and setting up a regional credit bank.
