【摘要】：參加校外實習(xí)是高職院校學(xué)生在三年學(xué)習(xí)歷程中極為重要的一部分。本研究旨在通過實證方式探討高職院校實習(xí)生工作價值觀與實習(xí)滿意度的影響關(guān)系。以因子分析、獨立樣本t檢驗、變異數(shù)分析及逐步多元回歸分析法進行數(shù)據(jù)處理及分析。研究結(jié)果顯示:實習(xí)生性別與不同專業(yè)對工作價值觀有顯著差異:不同的工作價值觀對實習(xí)滿意度有顯著的影響。希望通過此研究結(jié)果提出具體的量化數(shù)據(jù)與建議,作為未來優(yōu)化校外實習(xí)制度及推動實習(xí)效益的參考。
[Abstract]:Taking part in outside practice is an important part of the students' three-year study in higher vocational colleges. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between intern work values and internship satisfaction in higher vocational colleges. Factor analysis, independent sample t test, ANOVA and stepwise multiple regression analysis were used for data processing and analysis. The results showed that there were significant differences between the gender of intern and the work value of different major, and different work values had significant influence on internship satisfaction. It is hoped that the quantitative data and suggestions can be used as a reference to optimize the practice system and promote the practice benefit in the future.
