【摘要】：伴隨著技工教育的迅速發(fā)展，GDGY學(xué)校原校址凸顯出眾多問(wèn)題，集中體現(xiàn)在:地處偏僻，交通條件差，周邊環(huán)境惡劣，治安條件差，加上生源競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈，導(dǎo)致學(xué)校連續(xù)多年招生能力直線下降，對(duì)學(xué)校的持續(xù)發(fā)展造成極大的沖擊。趁著省人力資源和社會(huì)保障廳出臺(tái)的《GD省加快現(xiàn)代技工教育體系建設(shè)規(guī)劃（2010—2015年）》，特別是省委省政府、市委市政府對(duì)共建YB現(xiàn)代技工教育基地工程建設(shè)的不斷投資的契機(jī)，， GDGY學(xué)校積極參與，正著手進(jìn)行GDGY校址搬遷并異地建設(shè)項(xiàng)目，即GYGJ項(xiàng)目，但該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)程中，如何保證項(xiàng)目高效率低成本運(yùn)作，一直是GDGJ項(xiàng)目研究的重點(diǎn)工作，也是本項(xiàng)目的難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題，更關(guān)系到增強(qiáng)該項(xiàng)目自身的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，保持該項(xiàng)目可持續(xù)發(fā)展的一個(gè)十分迫切的問(wèn)題。 本文依據(jù)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)的方法和參數(shù)的分析框架和基礎(chǔ)理論，對(duì)GYGJ項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)及投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析，結(jié)合GYGJ項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際情況和項(xiàng)目需求，為財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)和投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。全文對(duì)GYGJ項(xiàng)目的基本概況與需求做了具體分析，重點(diǎn)針對(duì)GYGJ項(xiàng)目的財(cái)務(wù)方面情況進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的評(píng)價(jià)，以及對(duì)GYGJ項(xiàng)目的投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)做出了重點(diǎn)分析，論證了GYGJ項(xiàng)目的可行性。 本文通過(guò)案例研究，對(duì)GYGJ項(xiàng)目投產(chǎn)后的財(cái)務(wù)狀況，從盈利能力和償債能力兩方面進(jìn)行了財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)，分析凈現(xiàn)值、內(nèi)部收益率、投資回收期等財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。研究不確定因素的變動(dòng)對(duì)項(xiàng)目實(shí)際運(yùn)營(yíng)結(jié)果產(chǎn)生的影響，對(duì)GYGJ項(xiàng)目的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)主要進(jìn)行了線性和非線性盈虧平衡分析、單因素與多因素敏感性分析及概率分析，分析GYGJ項(xiàng)目的投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，從而確定GYGJ項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，明確GYGJ項(xiàng)目抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of craftsman education, the original GDGY school site highlights many problems, which are mainly reflected in its remoteness, poor traffic conditions, poor surrounding environment, poor public security conditions, and fierce competition among students. As a result, the enrollment ability of the school declined sharply for many years, which had a great impact on the sustainable development of the school. While the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security issued the "Plan for accelerating the Construction of the Modern Technical Education system in GD Province (2010-2015)", especially the provincial party committee and the provincial government, The opportunity of continuous investment in the construction of YB modern craftsman education base by municipal party committee and municipal government, and the active participation of GDGY school, are beginning to carry out the GDGY campus relocation and construction project, namely, GYGJ project, but in the process of the project, How to ensure the high efficiency and low cost operation of the project has been the key work of the GDGJ project, and it is also the difficult problem of the project, which is also related to the enhancement of the core competitiveness of the project itself. Keeping the project sustainable is a very urgent problem. Based on the analysis framework and basic theory of economic evaluation methods and parameters of construction projects, this paper carries out financial evaluation and investment risk analysis of GYGJ projects, combining with the actual situation and project requirements of GYGJ projects. Provide basic data for financial evaluation and investment risk analysis. This paper makes a concrete analysis of the basic situation and needs of GYGJ project, especially evaluates the financial aspect of GYGJ project in detail, analyzes the investment risk of GYGJ project, and proves the feasibility of GYGJ project. In this paper, the financial status of GYGJ project is evaluated from two aspects of profitability and solvency through case study, and the financial evaluation indexes such as net present value, internal rate of return and investment payback period are analyzed. This paper studies the influence of the change of uncertain factors on the actual operation result of the project. The financial risk of GYGJ project is mainly analyzed by linear and nonlinear break-even analysis, single factor and multi-factor sensitivity analysis and probability analysis. The investment risk of GYGJ project is analyzed to determine the economic benefit of GYGJ project and the anti-risk ability of GYGJ project.
