中等職業(yè)學(xué)校思想政治課教師親和力研究

【摘要】:在中等職業(yè)學(xué)校,思想政治課教師不同程度的存在著形象欠佳、威望較低、學(xué)生滿意度低、同行及家長認(rèn)同感低的問題,甚至有些學(xué)校的有些學(xué)生,,對思想政治課教師有著強(qiáng)烈的對抗情緒,出現(xiàn)了師生對立現(xiàn)象。這種現(xiàn)狀的形成,原因很多,我們從教師主體原因研究出發(fā),對教師主觀控制因素進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)主要原因是因?yàn)椋航處熗庠跉赓|(zhì)一般、教師知識結(jié)構(gòu)松散、教師綜合能力較弱。這三方面的因素直接導(dǎo)致教師親和力水平較低,使得教師無法強(qiáng)力吸引學(xué)生,師生關(guān)系親密度呈疏弱水平,進(jìn)而也影響了中等職業(yè)學(xué)校思想政治課教師教育教學(xué)的成效。在中等職業(yè)學(xué)校,思想政治課教師的親和力在思想政治課教師的教育教學(xué)活動(dòng)中,起著基礎(chǔ)鋪墊作用,地位極其重要。中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的思想政治課教師在態(tài)度上親近學(xué)生、在才華上吸引學(xué)生、在與學(xué)生的和諧共處中達(dá)成共識而形成的親和力,是思想政治課教育有效性的基礎(chǔ);親和力能拉近師生關(guān)系,創(chuàng)建良好的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍,建設(shè)良好的校園文化,它能成為良好精神風(fēng)貌的催化劑;親和力又是教師培育創(chuàng)新人才的要素,親和力強(qiáng)的教師能夠在微笑中接納學(xué)生的幼稚、不足與缺失,能夠在贊語中激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)豪情和創(chuàng)新意識,能夠在寬容中承載、孕養(yǎng)學(xué)生的標(biāo)新立異和奇思妙想。培育中等職業(yè)學(xué)校思想政治課教師的親和力,有重要的意義,而親和力的提升又必定借助于教師個(gè)人的綜合素質(zhì)。所以,培養(yǎng)、提升中等職業(yè)學(xué)校思想政治課教師的親和力,前提是促進(jìn)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校思想政治課教師主動(dòng)涵養(yǎng)精進(jìn)自己的德行,潤澤滋長自己的才智,整合提升自己的教學(xué)技巧;結(jié)果是能夠增強(qiáng)思想政治課教育教學(xué)的實(shí)效。教師美好的德行、卓然的才智、靈活的技巧都會(huì)更有力的推動(dòng)教育教學(xué)內(nèi)容的輸出,都會(huì)更有力的啟動(dòng)學(xué)生鼎力消化知識的動(dòng)力,都會(huì)更有力的促進(jìn)師生之間的教學(xué)相長;由于思想政治課教師能在德行、學(xué)識上垂范導(dǎo)向,學(xué)生自然能夠慕行趨同,在教師和學(xué)生的交互動(dòng)態(tài)的協(xié)作中也自然順承的推動(dòng)著整個(gè)校園的全面和諧。培養(yǎng)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校思想政治課教師的親和力,必須遵循主體性原則,針對中等職業(yè)學(xué)校思想政治課教師群體,圍繞中等職業(yè)學(xué)校思想政治課教師的親和力這個(gè)目標(biāo)主體,關(guān)注到中等職業(yè)學(xué)校思想政治課教師親和力惠及的主體———中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的學(xué)生;培養(yǎng)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校思想政治課教師的親和力,還必須遵循整體性原則,從教師群體整體素質(zhì)提升角度制定宏觀方略,從教師個(gè)體職業(yè)生涯整體發(fā)展角度靈活調(diào)整實(shí)施方法,從親和力的整體角度細(xì)分提升渠道;培養(yǎng)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校思想政治課教師的親和力,還要遵循的有可持續(xù)性原則和相宜性原則,教育培養(yǎng)不是一時(shí)一站的事,更不是一蹴而就的工作,只有放眼長遠(yuǎn)的目標(biāo),結(jié)合具體地點(diǎn)、具體人群、具體時(shí)代的要求,按可持續(xù)發(fā)展的觀點(diǎn),循序漸進(jìn)才行。真正做到增強(qiáng)思想政治課教師的人格魅力;加強(qiáng)思想政治課教師適當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)換教師角色的意識;加強(qiáng)思想政治課教師的學(xué)術(shù)功底;提升思想政治課教師的教學(xué)藝術(shù)。以達(dá)到培養(yǎng)提升中等職業(yè)學(xué)校思想政治課教師親和力的目的。
[Abstract]:In the secondary vocational school , the teachers of the ideological and political class have the problems of poor image , low prestige , low student ' s satisfaction , low level of peer - to - peer and parents , and the opposite phenomenon of teachers and students .
affinity can draw near the teacher - student relationship , create a good learning atmosphere , build a good campus culture , it can be a good mental outlook catalyst ;
The affinity of teachers is the factor of cultivating innovative talents , and the teachers with strong affinity can receive the immature , insufficient and missing of the students in smile . It is of great significance to cultivate the affinity of teachers in the ideological and political lesson of secondary vocational schools .
As a result , it is possible to enhance the effectiveness of the teaching of ideological and political education . Teachers ' good moral , outstanding talents and flexible skills can promote the output of the educational content more vigorously , and the motivation of the students to digest knowledge will be more powerful , and the teaching phase between teachers and students will be promoted more vigorously ;
Because the teachers of the ideological and political class can be guided by virtue and knowledge , the students will naturally be able to admire the convergence , and promote the overall harmony of the whole campus naturally in the cooperation between teachers and students . The students of secondary vocational schools must abide by the principle of subjectivity , and focus on the students of the ideological and political class of secondary vocational schools , and focus on the students of secondary vocational schools with the affinity of the teachers of the ideological and political class of secondary vocational schools .
