丹麥高職院校學(xué)生國(guó)際流動(dòng)政策研究

【摘要】:21世紀(jì)世紀(jì)以來,在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的浪潮下,各國(guó)企業(yè)開始尋求國(guó)際化的發(fā)展,紛紛向國(guó)外擴(kuò)展市場(chǎng)。而這種擴(kuò)展,就需求有大量具有處理國(guó)際事務(wù)能力的員工。這就要求職業(yè)教育能培養(yǎng)出具有國(guó)際化能力的職工。而通過職業(yè)院校學(xué)生的國(guó)際流動(dòng)是獲取國(guó)際化能力最簡(jiǎn)單和有效的途徑。近年來,歐洲相繼提出了博洛尼亞進(jìn)程、伊拉斯謨計(jì)劃、伊拉斯謨世界計(jì)劃等促進(jìn)學(xué)生國(guó)際流動(dòng)的政策。正是在這種背景下,丹麥政府把促進(jìn)高職院校學(xué)生流動(dòng)作為重要的發(fā)展目標(biāo)。通過提出政策來確定高職學(xué)生流動(dòng)的目標(biāo)、頒布法案保障高職學(xué)生流動(dòng)的順利進(jìn)行和設(shè)立相關(guān)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金促進(jìn)學(xué)生流動(dòng),從而確立了丹麥高職院校學(xué)生的流動(dòng)的基本框架。伴隨著高職學(xué)生流動(dòng)人數(shù)的增加,為了進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)流動(dòng),丹麥當(dāng)局在立足于現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了促進(jìn)高職學(xué)生國(guó)際流動(dòng)的新政策。本文在分析影響丹麥高職學(xué)生國(guó)際流動(dòng)政策出臺(tái)的背景的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步研究丹麥當(dāng)前的高職院校學(xué)生流動(dòng)框架,并通過分析影響學(xué)生流動(dòng)的諸因素對(duì)丹麥促進(jìn)高職學(xué)生流動(dòng)新政策進(jìn)行分析,最后對(duì)其取得的效果進(jìn)行總體的評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, under the tide of economic globalization, the enterprises of all countries have begun to seek the development of internationalization and expand their markets abroad one after another. And this kind of expansion, there is a large number of staff with the ability to deal with international affairs. This requires that vocational education can cultivate internationalized ability of the staff and workers. It is the simplest and most effective way to obtain internationalization ability through the international mobility of vocational college students. In recent years, Europe has put forward the Bologna process, Erasmus Plan, Erasmus World Program and other policies to promote the international mobility of students. It is against this background that the Danish government regards promoting the mobility of students in higher vocational colleges as an important development goal. By putting forward policies to determine the goal of higher vocational students' mobility, enacting a bill to guarantee the smooth progress of higher vocational students' mobility and setting up relevant scholarships to promote student mobility, the basic framework of student mobility in higher vocational colleges in Denmark is established. With the increase of the number of students floating in higher vocational colleges, in order to further promote the mobility, the Danish authorities put forward a new policy to promote the international mobility of vocational students on the basis of the current situation. On the basis of analyzing the background of the international mobility policy of Danish higher vocational students, this paper further studies the current framework of student mobility in higher vocational schools in Denmark. By analyzing the factors affecting student mobility, this paper analyzes the new policy of promoting the mobility of higher vocational students in Denmark, and finally makes an overall evaluation of the results achieved.
