【摘要】：面對人口老齡化、產(chǎn)業(yè)結構轉型升級、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展速度放緩等經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的新趨勢,職業(yè)教育也應在發(fā)展方式方面實現(xiàn)深刻轉型。轉型的關鍵點體現(xiàn)在如下方面:積極培養(yǎng)新型經(jīng)濟發(fā)展需要的創(chuàng)新型技能人才;全面開發(fā)綠色技能,培養(yǎng)適應綠色經(jīng)濟發(fā)展需要的人才;拓寬教育對象,豐富教育目標,發(fā)展終身化、開放性、包容性的職業(yè)教育;把提高教育質量作為關鍵目標。
[Abstract]:In the face of the new trend of economic and social development, such as the aging of population, the upgrading of industrial structure and the slowing down of economic development, vocational education should also realize a profound transformation in the way of development. The key points of the transition are as follows: actively cultivating innovative talents needed for new economic development; developing green skills in an all-round way; cultivating talents who can meet the needs of green economy development; broadening educational objects and enriching educational objectives; Develop lifelong, open, inclusive vocational education; improve the quality of education as a key goal.
