【摘要】：為探討高職生人格特質(zhì)與職業(yè)決策困難的表現(xiàn)特點(diǎn)、群體差異以及彼此之間的關(guān)系,本研究運(yùn)用大五人格量表、大學(xué)生職業(yè)決策因素量表對(duì)468名高職生進(jìn)行調(diào)查,調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn):當(dāng)前高職生的職業(yè)決策困難處于中等水平,前三位是多趨沖突、缺乏決策、專(zhuān)業(yè)因素;不同年級(jí)的高職生在職業(yè)決策困難均分和各因子上都存在顯著差異,在人格特質(zhì)均分及各因子上也存在顯著差異;不同專(zhuān)業(yè)的高職生在職業(yè)決策困難均分及其專(zhuān)業(yè)因素因子上存在顯著差異,在人格特質(zhì)均分及除神經(jīng)質(zhì)因子外的各維度上也存在顯著差異;高職生的人格特質(zhì)與職業(yè)決策困難之間存在非常顯著的正相關(guān)。因此,人格中的神經(jīng)質(zhì)因子對(duì)高職生職業(yè)決策困難具有顯著的預(yù)測(cè)作用。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the characteristics, group differences and the relationship between personality traits of vocational college students and career decision making difficulties, this study investigated 468 vocational college students by using Big five Personality scale and College students' career decision factors scale. The survey found that the vocational decision-making difficulties of vocational college students are at the middle level, the first three are conflict, lack of decision making and professional factors, and there are significant differences in the average scores and factors of career decision-making difficulties among the students in different grades. There are also significant differences in the average scores of personality traits and factors, and the differences in the average scores of career decision-making difficulties and the factors of professional factors among higher vocational students of different specialties. There are also significant differences in the average score of personality traits and the dimensions except neuroticism factors, and there is a very significant positive correlation between personality traits of vocational college students and career decision-making difficulties. Therefore, the neuroticism factor in personality has a significant predictive effect on career decision-making difficulties of vocational college students.
