【摘要】：根據(jù)《中國(guó)教育改革和發(fā)展綱要》及《全國(guó)教育事業(yè)2010年發(fā)展規(guī)劃》,我國(guó)將大力發(fā)展中等職業(yè)教育,進(jìn)一步深化課程改革、增加資金投入、改善辦學(xué)條件,同時(shí)建設(shè)一支與之相適應(yīng)的教師隊(duì)伍。本文緊密結(jié)合河南省工業(yè)學(xué)校的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),分析了目前中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師工作的現(xiàn)狀和管理考核存在的問(wèn)題,闡述了建立教師工作考核體系的意義和原則,研究確定了考核項(xiàng)目及考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn),說(shuō)明了教師工作考核步驟和程序。 本文研究與實(shí)踐表明：對(duì)教師工作的考核,要使教師產(chǎn)生激勵(lì)感、成就感,而不應(yīng)有威脅感。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者對(duì)教師考核的過(guò)程是為教師服務(wù)的過(guò)程。建立合理有效的教師工作考核體系,可以發(fā)揮激勵(lì)和導(dǎo)向作用,促進(jìn)教師不斷完善和發(fā)展,促進(jìn)學(xué)校管理發(fā)展,進(jìn)而全面提高教育質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the current situation of teachers ' work in secondary vocational schools and the problems of management and assessment , and expounds the significance and principles of establishing teachers ' work assessment system .

The research and practice show that the teacher ' s assessment of the teacher ' s work should make the teacher generate an incentive , a sense of achievement and no threat . The process of the leader ' s assessment of the teacher is the process of the teacher ' s service . A reasonable and effective assessment system of the teacher ' s work can play an inspiring and guiding role , promote the teacher ' s continuous improvement and development , promote the development of school management , and further improve the quality of education .
