長沙市中等職業(yè)學(xué)校校企合作人才培養(yǎng)典型模式研究

【摘要】:作為現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系的重要組成部分,中等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展對于社會的進步與經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展起著舉足輕重的作用。當(dāng)今,國家大力倡導(dǎo)建設(shè)現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系,以符合現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的實際需求。在促進現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系逐步完善的過程中,中等職業(yè)教育的改革創(chuàng)新是一項重要的任務(wù),其中中等職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)模式的改革占據(jù)著突顯的位置。 本文基于校企合作人才培養(yǎng)模式內(nèi)容及運行機制內(nèi)容,對長沙市中等職業(yè)學(xué)校校企合作人才培養(yǎng)典型模式進行了研究,總結(jié)性地闡述了目前長沙市中等職業(yè)學(xué)校所采用的三種典型的校企合作模式,即“訂單培養(yǎng)”模式、“引廠進!蹦J脚c“學(xué)校辦廠”模式,并進行了比較分析。校企合作人才培養(yǎng)模式的實施與發(fā)展過程中,學(xué)校、企業(yè)與政府三方起著一定程度的制約作用,與此同時,潛在的內(nèi)部優(yōu)劣勢與外部機會、威脅都對其產(chǎn)生了一定的影響。長沙市三類典型模式以面向當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟發(fā)展為最基本的原則,專業(yè)技能訓(xùn)練與德育雙管齊下,善于利用各類途徑激發(fā)企業(yè)的合作積極性,構(gòu)建實習(xí)實訓(xùn)保障制度并完善校企合作的評價反饋機制,豐富了校企合作的實踐活動,但同時也引發(fā)了對法律與政策可操作性問題、校企合作人才培養(yǎng)機制完善性問題、以及職業(yè)教育觀念更新問題的思考。
[Abstract]:As an important part of modern vocational education system, the development of secondary vocational education plays an important role in social progress and economic development. At present, the country strongly advocates the construction of modern vocational education system in order to meet the actual needs of the development of modern industry and social economy. In the process of promoting the gradual improvement of modern vocational education system, the reform and innovation of secondary vocational education is an important task, and the reform of talent training mode of secondary vocational education occupies a prominent position. Based on the contents of school-enterprise cooperative talents training model and its operating mechanism, this paper studies the typical model of school-enterprise cooperative talents training in secondary vocational schools in Changsha. In this paper, three typical modes of cooperation between schools and enterprises adopted by secondary vocational schools in Changsha, namely "order training", "leading factories into schools" and "schools running factories", are expounded and compared and analyzed. In the process of the implementation and development of the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation talents, the tripartite of school, enterprise and government plays a restrictive role to a certain extent, at the same time, the potential internal advantages and disadvantages and external opportunities, threats have a certain impact on it. The three typical models of Changsha take the development of local economy as the most basic principle, the training of professional skills and moral education are combined, and they are good at using all kinds of ways to stimulate the cooperation enthusiasm of enterprises. Constructing the practical practice training security system and perfecting the evaluation feedback mechanism of the cooperation between the school and the enterprise enrich the practical activities of the cooperation between the school and the enterprise, but at the same time, it also leads to the problems of the operability of the law and policy, the perfection of the training mechanism of the talents of the cooperation between the school and the enterprise. As well as the vocational education concept renewal question ponder.
