【摘要】：對(duì)口單招是完善我國(guó)高職院�？荚囌猩贫鹊闹匾e措,為高職院校選拔技術(shù)技能型人才提供了良好的途徑。2013年,我國(guó)明確提出高職院校分類考試改革,各省(直轄市)積極探索對(duì)口單招改革路徑并取得了不錯(cuò)的成效。但是,實(shí)施過(guò)程中也出現(xiàn)了不少問(wèn)題,主要表現(xiàn)為:考試招生政策欠缺系統(tǒng)性和針對(duì)性;文化課考試內(nèi)容分值多,職業(yè)技能考試分值少;錄取標(biāo)準(zhǔn)單一,錄取機(jī)制有待完善;考試招生中缺少行業(yè)指導(dǎo)和企業(yè)參與。為健全符合職業(yè)教育特征的高等職業(yè)教育考試招生制度,教育行政部門和高職院校實(shí)施對(duì)口單招要堅(jiān)持政策目標(biāo)、對(duì)象和措施的一貫性,完善考試招生政策;以培養(yǎng)技術(shù)技能型人才為目標(biāo),科學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)文化課考試;以工作內(nèi)容為導(dǎo)向,組織專業(yè)技能考試;堅(jiān)持效率和公正相統(tǒng)一原則,健全招生錄取機(jī)制;提升行業(yè)企業(yè)參與度,構(gòu)建多方參與機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:It is an important measure to perfect the examination enrollment system of higher vocational colleges in our country, and it provides a good way for higher vocational colleges to select technical and skilled talents. In 2013, our country put forward the reform of classified examination in higher vocational colleges. Provinces (municipalities) actively explore the reform path and achieved good results. However, there are also many problems in the process of implementation, which are mainly shown as follows: lack of systematic and pertinence in the policy of recruiting students in examinations, more scores in examination contents of culture courses, less scores in vocational skills examinations, single admission standards, and need to be improved in admission mechanism; Lack of industry guidance and enterprise participation in the examination enrollment. In order to perfect the enrollment system of higher vocational education examination in accordance with the characteristics of vocational education, the administrative department of education and the higher vocational college should adhere to the policy objective, the object and the consistency of the measures, and perfect the examination enrollment policy. To train technical talents as the goal, scientifically design the examination of culture course, organize the examination of professional skills guided by the work content, adhere to the principle of unifying efficiency and fairness, perfect the admission mechanism, enhance the participation of enterprises in the industry, Construct multi-party participation mechanism.
