【摘要】：近十多年來,我國(guó)高職教育在短時(shí)間內(nèi)得到了驚人的發(fā)展,成績(jī)喜人,但也面臨一系列宏觀與微觀上的挑戰(zhàn)。高職教育所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)林林總總,既有理論層面的,又有實(shí)踐層面的；既有觀念層面的,又有實(shí)際操作層面的；既有政治與管理層面的,又有教育與心理層面的；既有專業(yè)、就業(yè)需求層面的,又有通識(shí)教育、核心職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)層面的；既有科學(xué)素養(yǎng)層面的,又有人文精神層面的。盡管這些維度所呈現(xiàn)的內(nèi)容不一樣,但都繞不開“以人為本”這一時(shí)代的吁求。 無論是構(gòu)建終身職教體系,還是確立人才發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),抑或是培養(yǎng)高技能型人才,都離不開人的發(fā)展,都是為了人的發(fā)展,都是“以人為本”的教育理念的具體體現(xiàn)。這正是我們黨所力倡的科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的精髓所在,也是高職院校發(fā)展過程中不可缺少的且又易為人所忽略的人文精神的彰顯。本文著力就科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的視角來探析高職院校人文教育的意義、現(xiàn)狀、困境、認(rèn)識(shí)誤區(qū)、課程設(shè)置的缺失及其化解策略。
[Abstract]:In recent ten years, the higher vocational education in our country has got the astonishing development in a short period of time, the achievement is gratifying, but also faces a series of macro and micro challenges. The challenges faced by higher vocational education include theory and practice, concept and practice, politics and management, education and psychology, and specialty. At the level of employment demand, there are general education, core vocational ability training level, both scientific literacy level, and humanistic spirit level. Although the contents of these dimensions are different, there is no way around the appeal of the "people-oriented" era. Both the construction of lifelong vocational education system, the establishment of the strategic goal of talent development, or the cultivation of highly skilled talents can not be separated from the development of human beings, are all for the development of human beings, and are the concrete embodiment of the educational concept of "people-oriented". This is the essence of the concept of scientific development advocated by our Party, and it is also the manifestation of the humanistic spirit which is indispensable and easy to be ignored in the development of higher vocational colleges. This paper tries to probe into the significance, present situation, predicament, misunderstanding, lack of curriculum setup and countermeasures of humanistic education in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of scientific development view.
