【摘要】：我國(guó)高等職業(yè)技術(shù)師范院校的教育實(shí)習(xí)仍采用在最后一學(xué)年進(jìn)行畢業(yè)教育實(shí)習(xí)的傳統(tǒng)形式,其明顯缺陷是實(shí)習(xí)時(shí)間短,實(shí)習(xí)內(nèi)容多,實(shí)習(xí)效果不盡如人意。全程教育實(shí)習(xí)模式是基于大教育實(shí)習(xí)觀的教育實(shí)習(xí)模式,有自己獨(dú)特的理論基礎(chǔ)和實(shí)施要點(diǎn)。針對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)高等職業(yè)技術(shù)師范院校教育實(shí)習(xí)低效的根源,借鑒全程教育實(shí)習(xí)模式,探討職技高師教育實(shí)習(xí)全程化的實(shí)施要點(diǎn)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),高等職業(yè)技術(shù)師范院校教育實(shí)習(xí)的全程化,有利于落實(shí)教育實(shí)習(xí)目標(biāo),更好地達(dá)到本校、師范生及實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)校三方共贏。
[Abstract]:The educational practice of higher vocational and technical normal colleges in our country still adopts the traditional form of graduation education practice in the last academic year. Its obvious defect is that the practice time is short, the practice content is many, and the practice effect is not satisfactory. The whole process education practice mode is based on the view of big education practice, and has its own unique theoretical foundation and key points of implementation. In view of the root causes of the low efficiency of educational practice in higher vocational and technical normal colleges in our country at present, the main points of implementing the whole process of teaching practice in vocational and technical normal colleges are discussed by referring to the mode of the whole process of teaching practice. It is found that the whole process of teaching practice in higher vocational and technical normal colleges is beneficial to the implementation of the goal of educational practice and to the win-win situation of our school, normal school students and practice school.
