【摘要】:隨著后擴(kuò)招時(shí)代的悄然來(lái)臨,高職院校將面臨各種危機(jī),其中最嚴(yán)重的就是“生源危機(jī)”,生源危機(jī)的實(shí)質(zhì)就是人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量危機(jī)。在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展的今天,人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的高低往往對(duì)一個(gè)國(guó)家未來(lái)的發(fā)展具有決定作用。而當(dāng)前我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)正處于轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,我國(guó)未來(lái)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展將有賴于我國(guó)人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的高低。因此,作為我國(guó)真正大眾化的高等教育并承擔(dān)著培養(yǎng)目前我國(guó)急需的高技能人才任務(wù)的高等職業(yè)教育,必須要走以質(zhì)量提升為核心的內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展道路,必須注重提高高職學(xué)生的培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。而高職院校要提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,就必須增強(qiáng)高職學(xué)生的綜合職業(yè)能力,這不僅是高職人才質(zhì)量的核心目標(biāo),也是新時(shí)期對(duì)高職學(xué)生能力培養(yǎng)的新要求與必然趨勢(shì)。為此,高職院校該如何有效地培養(yǎng)高職學(xué)生的綜合職業(yè)能力就成了目前我國(guó)急需解決的一大難題。 本論文共六章,,第一章為緒論,主要介紹了本論文的研究背景,表明了選題的緣由,接著提出了本文研究的目的與意義,之后對(duì)相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定,明確了研究的對(duì)象,隨后對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于綜合職業(yè)能力相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行總結(jié)梳理,為本文的進(jìn)一步研究提供理論思考空間,進(jìn)而交待了本文的研究思路與方法;第二章主要從馬克思主義哲學(xué)與教育心理學(xué)論述了高職學(xué)生綜合職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)研究的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ),為本文研究提供了可借鑒的思想方法;第三章主要論述了后擴(kuò)招時(shí)期對(duì)我國(guó)高職學(xué)生綜合職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)的新要求;第四章是本文研究的重點(diǎn),主要對(duì)近年來(lái)高職院校學(xué)生綜合職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,指出其培養(yǎng)中存在的問(wèn)題,并對(duì)存在問(wèn)題的成因進(jìn)行分析;第五章主要論述臺(tái)灣高等技職教育人才培養(yǎng)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)我國(guó)大陸啟示,其中對(duì)臺(tái)灣高等技職教育人才培養(yǎng)的特色進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)分析,為我國(guó)高職人才培養(yǎng)提供重要借鑒作用;第六章在借鑒臺(tái)灣的高等技職人才培養(yǎng)特色經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,主要針對(duì)我國(guó)高職院校學(xué)生存在問(wèn)題的成因,提出了促進(jìn)我國(guó)高職院校學(xué)生綜合職業(yè)能力有效提高的一些對(duì)策及建議。
[Abstract]:With the coming of the post-expansion era, higher vocational colleges will face various crises, the most serious of which is the "student source crisis", the essence of which is the talent training quality crisis. Nowadays, with the rapid development of social economy, the quality of talent training often plays a decisive role in the future development of a country. At present, China's social economy is in a transitional period, and the sustainable and healthy development of our country's future social economy will depend on the quality of talent training in our country. Therefore, as a truly popular higher education in our country and undertaking the task of cultivating highly skilled personnel, we must take the implicit development path of quality improvement as the core. Attention must be paid to improving the quality of higher vocational students. In order to improve the quality of talents training, higher vocational colleges must strengthen the comprehensive vocational ability of higher vocational students, which is not only the core goal of the quality of higher vocational talents, but also the new requirement and inevitable trend of the ability cultivation of higher vocational students in the new period. Therefore, how to effectively cultivate the comprehensive vocational ability of higher vocational students has become a big problem that our country urgently needs to solve. This paper has six chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduced the research background of this paper, indicated the reason of the topic, then put forward the purpose and significance of this study, then defined the related concepts, defined the object of the research. Then it summarizes and combs the related research on comprehensive vocational ability at home and abroad, which provides theoretical thinking space for further research in this paper, and then explains the research ideas and methods of this paper. The second chapter mainly from Marxist philosophy and educational psychology discusses the relevant theoretical basis of the study of vocational ability of vocational students, which provides a reference for the study of ideological methods; The third chapter mainly discusses the new requirements for the comprehensive vocational ability training of higher vocational students in China during the post-expansion period, the fourth chapter is the focus of this paper, mainly analyzes the current situation of vocational comprehensive vocational ability training of students in higher vocational colleges in recent years. The author points out the problems existing in the training and analyzes the causes of the problems. The fifth chapter mainly discusses the successful experience of Taiwan's higher technical and vocational education personnel training for the inspiration of mainland China. Among them, the characteristics of talents training in Taiwan's higher technical and vocational education are analyzed emphatically, which provides an important reference for China's higher vocational education. Chapter six is based on the experience of Taiwan's higher technical and vocational education. Aiming at the causes of the problems existing in the students of higher vocational colleges in our country, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the effective improvement of the students' comprehensive vocational ability in higher vocational colleges and universities of our country.
