【摘要】：考試招生制度是國家的基本教育制度之一,高職招生改革折射出當(dāng)前社會對高職教育的看法和期待,影響高考制度的整體走向。目前,我國高職招生呈現(xiàn)出錄取方式多樣化、生源側(cè)重本地化、招生過程市場化的特征。由于高校擴(kuò)張和生源緊張,高職學(xué)校錄取出現(xiàn)兩極分化,招生博弈成為常態(tài),違規(guī)違紀(jì)的現(xiàn)象時有發(fā)生。為了形成良性的招生秩序,必須適當(dāng)控制高等教育規(guī)模擴(kuò)張速度,及時調(diào)控招生計劃;學(xué)校需側(cè)重于內(nèi)涵發(fā)展,著重于提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量;適時進(jìn)行考試招生立法,加強(qiáng)對考生權(quán)益的保護(hù);加強(qiáng)信息能力建設(shè),設(shè)置新生學(xué)籍個人驗證環(huán)節(jié);降低職教生的入職門檻。
[Abstract]:The examination enrollment system is one of the basic education systems in our country. The reform of higher vocational enrollment reflects the current society's view and expectation of higher vocational education and affects the overall trend of the college entrance examination system. At present, the enrollment of higher vocational colleges in our country shows the characteristics of diversified admission methods, localization of students and marketization of enrollment process. Due to the expansion of universities and the shortage of students, the admission of higher vocational schools appears polarization, enrollment game becomes the norm, and the phenomenon of violation of rules and regulations occurs from time to time. In order to form a benign enrollment order, we must properly control the expansion speed of higher education scale, adjust and control enrollment plans in time; schools should focus on the development of connotation and improve the quality of personnel training; Strengthen the protection of the rights and interests of candidates; strengthen the building of information capacity, set up a new student status personal verification link; reduce the entry threshold of vocational education students.
