【摘要】:高等職業(yè)教育作為中國(guó)高等教育的重要組成部分,擔(dān)負(fù)著為社會(huì)培養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)、建設(shè)、管理、服務(wù)第一線的高素質(zhì)技能型人才的使命。高職院校的學(xué)校文化是高職院校的靈魂,是推動(dòng)職業(yè)教育科學(xué)發(fā)展的軟實(shí)力。本論文主要研究高職院校文化建設(shè)的內(nèi)涵及重大意義,中國(guó)高職院校文化建設(shè)的特色,以及怎樣建設(shè)特色鮮明的中國(guó)高職院校文化等問題。為了使研究有所突破,本論文立足中國(guó)背景下的高職院校,在研究方法上堅(jiān)持歷史與現(xiàn)實(shí)、理論與實(shí)踐的結(jié)合。 本論文由三部分組成:第一部分包含第一章和第二章,為本論文的“基礎(chǔ)”。第一章對(duì)“中國(guó)高職院校文化建設(shè)研究”的有關(guān)問題予以了說明;第二章對(duì)本研究的學(xué)理依據(jù)進(jìn)行了探討,以求得理論指導(dǎo)。第二部分包含第三章、第四章、第五章,為本論文的主體部分。這部分對(duì)高職院校學(xué)校文化的內(nèi)涵及建設(shè)意義、中國(guó)高職院校文化特色建設(shè)、中國(guó)高職院校文化建設(shè)思路及路徑進(jìn)行了探討。揭示了學(xué)校文化與校園文化的異同;論述了學(xué)校文化的三大主要功能,即導(dǎo)向與激勵(lì)功能、約束與調(diào)試功能、凝聚與輻射功能;分析了高職院校建設(shè)文化建設(shè)的重大意義。并就如何打造特色鮮明的中國(guó)高職院校文化,闡述了自己的看法,即要汲取企業(yè)文化的精髓,與地域、行業(yè)相結(jié)合。最后從操作層面提出了中國(guó)高職院校文化建設(shè)的五個(gè)方面,,即精神文化、制度文化、行為文化、環(huán)境文化和校園文化。第三部分為本研究的結(jié)論,再次重申了中國(guó)高職院校文化建設(shè)的重要性。
[Abstract]:As an important part of higher education in China, higher vocational education is charged with the mission of cultivating high-quality skilled personnel in the front line of production, construction, management and service for the society. The school culture of higher vocational colleges is the soul of higher vocational colleges and the soft power to promote the development of vocational education science. This paper mainly studies the connotation and significance of cultural construction in higher vocational colleges, the characteristics of cultural construction in higher vocational colleges in China, and how to construct distinctive culture of higher vocational colleges in China. In order to make a breakthrough in the research, this paper bases on the higher vocational colleges under the background of China, insists on the combination of history and reality, theory and practice in the research method. This paper is composed of three parts: the first part includes the first chapter and the second part. Is the basis of this paper. The first chapter explains the related problems of the study on the cultural construction of higher vocational colleges in China, and the second chapter discusses the theoretical basis of this study in order to obtain the theoretical guidance. The second part includes the third chapter, the fourth chapter, the fifth chapter, is the main part of this paper. This part probes into the connotation and construction significance of the school culture in higher vocational colleges, the construction of cultural characteristics of higher vocational colleges in China, and the train of thought and path of cultural construction in higher vocational colleges in China. This paper reveals the similarities and differences between the school culture and the campus culture, discusses the three main functions of the school culture, namely, the function of guidance and encouragement, the function of restraint and adjustment, the function of cohesion and radiation, and analyzes the great significance of the construction of culture in higher vocational colleges. And on how to create the distinctive characteristics of Chinese higher vocational college culture, elaborated their own views, that is, to absorb the essence of corporate culture, and the region, industry combined. Finally, the author puts forward five aspects of cultural construction in higher vocational colleges in China from the operational aspect: spiritual culture, institutional culture, behavior culture, environmental culture and campus culture. The third part is the conclusion of this study, reiterating the importance of cultural construction in higher vocational colleges in China.
