【摘要】：依據波特—勞勒模型,對影響高職教師行為的各種因素進行實證分析,把高職教師行為中的各種投入作為自變量、收益作為因變量,構建高職教師行為的效用函數;應用幸福經濟學對高職教師工作行為進行微觀分析發(fā)現(xiàn),高職教師支配有效工作時間的原則是收入,自我資源配置的核心是尊重。收入是幸福的基礎條件,尊重是影響高職教師的效用最大化的幸福系數,幸福最大化是高職教師行為決策的終極目的。
[Abstract]:According to the Bottle-Lawler model, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the factors that affect the behavior of teachers in higher vocational education, taking all kinds of inputs in the behavior of teachers as independent variables and benefits as dependent variables, and constructs the utility function of teachers' behavior in higher vocational colleges. The microcosmic analysis of the working behavior of teachers in higher vocational colleges by using happiness economics shows that the principle of effective working hours for teachers in higher vocational education is income, and the core of self-allocation of resources is respect. Income is the basic condition of happiness, respect is the happiness coefficient that affects the utility maximization of higher vocational teachers, and happiness maximization is the ultimate goal of behavior decision-making of higher vocational teachers.
