【摘要】：本文從養(yǎng)老服務業(yè)發(fā)展視角出發(fā),闡述廣西中醫(yī)學校通過政校聯(lián)手、產(chǎn)教融合的形式創(chuàng)建了集"養(yǎng)護醫(yī)"為一體的護理型養(yǎng)老服務機構(gòu)——廣西重陽老年公寓,將學校教學、人才培養(yǎng)與服務社會有機結(jié)合,建成了集"教學、經(jīng)營、培訓、服務"四位一體的經(jīng)營性、共享性、開放性的實體化老年護理實踐基地,深化教學過程和經(jīng)營過程的深度對接,形成相應的支撐條件和運行機制,提高了養(yǎng)老護理專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)效率,為護理專業(yè)適應老齡化社會改革提供了重要方向。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of the development of the aged service industry, this paper expounds that Guangxi traditional Chinese medicine school, through the cooperation of government and school, establishes the nursing old-age service institution, Guangxi Chongyang apartment for the aged, which is integrated with "maintenance medicine" in the form of integration of production and teaching, and teaching the school. The combination of talent training and service to the society has set up the "teaching, management, training and service" of the four integrated management, sharing, open and substantive nursing practice base, deepening the teaching process and the deep docking of the management process. The corresponding supporting conditions and operation mechanism were formed, which improved the training efficiency of nursing professionals, and provided an important direction for nursing specialty to adapt to the reform of aging society.
