【摘要】：目的借鑒基于工作場(chǎng)所的評(píng)估(WPBA)實(shí)施的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合護(hù)理專業(yè)自身的特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建WPBA護(hù)理臨床實(shí)習(xí)評(píng)價(jià)模式,為護(hù)理臨床實(shí)習(xí)教學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)提供參考。方法以WPBA評(píng)價(jià)模式為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)回顧、小組討論,初步擬定護(hù)理臨床實(shí)習(xí)的WPBA各測(cè)評(píng)工具的評(píng)價(jià)項(xiàng)目和細(xì)則;懫用德爾菲(Delphi)法組織2輪專家函詢,匯總專家意見,運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法分析有關(guān)資料,初步確定評(píng)價(jià)項(xiàng)目和細(xì)則。結(jié)果構(gòu)建WPBA護(hù)理臨床實(shí)習(xí)評(píng)價(jià)模式,包括Mini-cex(迷你臨床演練評(píng)量)、DOPS(操作技能直接觀察評(píng)估考核)和CbD(個(gè)案為基礎(chǔ)的討論)三種測(cè)評(píng)工具,分別包含了7、10和7個(gè)項(xiàng)目,對(duì)應(yīng)34、10和7條評(píng)價(jià)細(xì)則。兩輪專家咨詢的積極系數(shù)均為100%,專家的權(quán)威系數(shù)0.812,兩輪專家咨詢后各條目重要性的變異系數(shù)為0.079~0.223,可操作性變異系數(shù)為0.048~0.223,均小于0.30。結(jié)論 WPBA護(hù)理臨床實(shí)習(xí)評(píng)價(jià)模式適用于護(hù)生臨床實(shí)習(xí)的過(guò)程性評(píng)價(jià),具有一定的科學(xué)性,可為提高臨床實(shí)習(xí)教學(xué)質(zhì)量提供參考。
[Abstract]:Objective to learn from the successful experience of WPBA based on workplace evaluation and combine the characteristics of nursing specialty to construct the evaluation model of WPBA clinical practice and to provide reference for the evaluation of teaching quality of nursing practice. Methods on the basis of WPBA evaluation model, through literature review and group discussion, the evaluation items and detailed rules of WPBA evaluation tools for nursing practice were preliminarily worked out, and two rounds of expert letters were organized with Delphi method to collect expert opinions. Use the statistical method to analyze the relevant data and determine the evaluation items and rules. Results the evaluation model of WPBA nursing clinical practice was constructed, including Mini-cex3 (mini clinical exercise evaluation) and CbD10 (CbD10), which included 7 items and 7 items, respectively. Corresponding 34 / 10 and 7 evaluation rules. The positive coefficient of two rounds of expert consultation is 100, the authority coefficient of experts is 0.812, the coefficient of variation of the importance of each item after two rounds of expert consultation is 0.079 ~ 0.223, the coefficient of operational variation is 0.048 ~ 0.223, and the coefficient of variation is less than 0.30. Conclusion the evaluation model of WPBA clinical practice is suitable for the process evaluation of clinical practice of nursing students. It is scientific and can provide a reference for improving the teaching quality of clinical practice.
