高職學(xué)生科學(xué)素養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀與促進(jìn)策略的研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代社會(huì)科學(xué)技術(shù)高度發(fā)達(dá),具備一定的科學(xué)素養(yǎng)不僅是個(gè)人實(shí)現(xiàn)全面發(fā)展的需要,也是社會(huì)進(jìn)步和國家持續(xù)發(fā)展的需要。 隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展,先進(jìn)制造業(yè)和現(xiàn)代服務(wù)技能型人才緊缺。高職院校學(xué)生將成為未來國家建設(shè)的一線力量,其科學(xué)素養(yǎng)水平對(duì)未來國家人力資源的層次有重要影響。高職院校作為應(yīng)用型人才的培養(yǎng)主體,需要了解學(xué)生科學(xué)素養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)其采取措施加以培養(yǎng)和提升。 中國對(duì)科學(xué)素養(yǎng)的研究自1989年第一次公民科學(xué)素養(yǎng)調(diào)查起,,取得了非常顯著的進(jìn)步和成果。但由于中國科學(xué)素養(yǎng)的研究歷史相對(duì)較短,研究模式又多是模仿西方進(jìn)行,導(dǎo)致指導(dǎo)科學(xué)素養(yǎng)實(shí)踐的理論尚不夠完善和細(xì)致,研究結(jié)果的概念化和本土化程度不夠。研究對(duì)象以普通公民、普通教育的學(xué)生為多,對(duì)高職學(xué)生科學(xué)素養(yǎng)這一領(lǐng)域很少有學(xué)者涉獵,基本屬于空白。對(duì)照發(fā)達(dá)國家進(jìn)行科學(xué)教育的力度和取得的成績,國內(nèi)對(duì)高職學(xué)生的科學(xué)教育,還應(yīng)給予足夠重視。 本文通過分析國內(nèi)外論述科學(xué)素養(yǎng)內(nèi)涵的相關(guān)理論,歸納出科學(xué)素養(yǎng)的基本要素,對(duì)提高科學(xué)素養(yǎng)的主要手段——科學(xué)教育的定義和歷史進(jìn)行梳理。并立足實(shí)證,在多所高職院校進(jìn)行調(diào)查和訪談,確定高職學(xué)生具備一定的科學(xué)素養(yǎng),但也還存在結(jié)構(gòu)缺陷等不足之處。通過分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)影響學(xué)生科學(xué)素養(yǎng)的主要為環(huán)境、教育體制、自身特點(diǎn)等因素。提出促進(jìn)高職學(xué)生科學(xué)素養(yǎng)必需重視的要點(diǎn)和原則,通過構(gòu)建崇尚科學(xué)的環(huán)境,推進(jìn)高職課程改革,提升教學(xué)實(shí)效,樹立創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)觀念,加強(qiáng)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),實(shí)行產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合的育人之路,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)提高學(xué)生科學(xué)素養(yǎng)的目標(biāo)。 本課題的理論梳理和實(shí)證研究對(duì)驗(yàn)證、完善科學(xué)素養(yǎng)理論體系,提高科學(xué)素養(yǎng)理論的實(shí)際應(yīng)用效果具有借鑒作用。并對(duì)促進(jìn)高職學(xué)生科學(xué)素養(yǎng)的發(fā)展,改善國家未來生產(chǎn)人力資源具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Modern society is highly developed in science and technology. Having certain scientific literacy is not only the need of individual to realize all-round development, but also the need of social progress and national sustainable development. With the development of economy, advanced manufacturing industry and modern service skilled talents are in short supply. The students of higher vocational colleges will become the first force in the construction of the country in the future, and their scientific literacy level will have an important influence on the level of human resources in the future country. As the main body of cultivating applied talents, higher vocational colleges need to understand the present situation of students' scientific literacy, and take measures to cultivate and promote them. The research on scientific literacy in China has made remarkable progress and achievements since the first survey of scientific literacy of citizens in 1989. However, the research history of Chinese scientific literacy is relatively short, and the research model is mostly carried out by imitating the western countries, which leads to the insufficient perfection and detail of the theory guiding the practice of scientific literacy, and the degree of conceptualization and localization of the research results is not enough. The subjects of this study are ordinary citizens and students in general education, but few scholars dabble in the field of scientific literacy of higher vocational students, which is basically blank. Compared with the strength and achievement of science education in developed countries, enough attention should be paid to the science education of higher vocational students in our country. Based on the analysis of relevant theories on the connotation of scientific literacy at home and abroad, the basic elements of scientific literacy are summed up, and the definition and history of scientific education, the main means to improve scientific literacy, are summarized. And based on the empirical, in many higher vocational colleges to investigate and interview, to determine that higher vocational students have certain scientific literacy, but there are also structural defects and other deficiencies. Through analysis, it is found that the main factors affecting students' scientific literacy are environment, educational system and their own characteristics. This paper puts forward some important points and principles that must be paid attention to promote the scientific literacy of higher vocational students. By constructing the environment of advocating science, promoting the reform of higher vocational courses, improving teaching effectiveness, setting up the idea of innovation and undertaking, and strengthening the construction of teaching staff, the author points out that To realize the goal of improving students' scientific literacy through the combination of production, education and research. The theoretical combing and empirical research of this subject can be used for reference to verify, perfect the theoretical system of scientific literacy and improve the practical application effect of scientific literacy theory. It is of great significance to promote the development of higher vocational students' scientific literacy and improve the country's future production human resources.
