【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)學院是產(chǎn)學合作培養(yǎng)技術(shù)技能型人才的一種有效探索,具有功能目的服務性、辦學模式合作性和教學內(nèi)容職業(yè)性的特點。人才培養(yǎng)理念、制度選擇集合和制度服務需求等方面的改變是其形成的重要條件,多方利益契合和地方政府推動是其形成的直接動力。當前產(chǎn)學合作培養(yǎng)技術(shù)技能型人才的前提條件日趨成熟,政府應不失時機地完善相關政策措施,更好地助推產(chǎn)學合作培養(yǎng)技術(shù)技能型人才模式推廣發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The industrial college is an effective exploration for the cooperation of industry and school to train technical talents, which has the characteristics of functional purpose, service, cooperative mode of running a school and professional teaching content. The change of talent training concept, system selection set and system service demand is the important condition of its formation, and the direct motive force of its formation is the combination of various interests and the promotion of local government. At present, the prerequisite for the cooperation of production and learning to train technical talents is maturing day by day. The government should seize the opportunity to perfect the relevant policies and measures, and better promote the promotion and development of the mode of cooperation in the cultivation of technical and technical talents.
