基于價值鏈管理的高等職業(yè)院校競爭優(yōu)勢研究

【摘要】:2010年7月29日,中共中央國務院頒發(fā)了《國家中長期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010—2020年)》,其中指出發(fā)展職業(yè)教育是推動經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、促進就業(yè)、改善民生、解決“三農(nóng)”問題的重要途徑,是緩解勞動力供求結(jié)構(gòu)矛盾的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),必須擺在更加突出的位置。職業(yè)教育要面向人人、面向社會,著力培養(yǎng)學生的職業(yè)道德、職業(yè)技能和就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)能力。面對日益激烈的競爭環(huán)境,高等職業(yè)院校不僅僅要和同類院校競爭,同時還要面對高等院校的競爭。目前許多高等院校面對日益激烈的就業(yè)環(huán)境對在校生加大職業(yè)技能方面教育的力度,開設多種技能培訓課程,從而使學生在本科畢業(yè)時獲取職業(yè)技能證書,增加就業(yè)機會。因此高職院校要想在激烈的競爭中得以生存和發(fā)展,就要了解自身的競爭優(yōu)勢,參與競爭,在競爭中提高發(fā)展,保持持續(xù)的競爭優(yōu)勢,才能做到科學發(fā)展,可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 Porter提出的價值鏈理論在識別競爭優(yōu)勢方面具有非常重要的作用,針對目前高等職業(yè)院校同質(zhì)化嚴重,缺乏競爭力的現(xiàn)狀,本文運用價值鏈理論,將高等職業(yè)院校培養(yǎng)學生的過程分為一系列創(chuàng)造價值的因素,不僅僅針對價值鏈進行定性分析,而且通過對高職院校的競爭優(yōu)勢進行實證研究,找到真正創(chuàng)造價值的因素,以提升高職院校的競爭優(yōu)勢。 本文對國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)理論進行了整理,并結(jié)合對高職院校的訪談,總結(jié)出影響高職院校競爭優(yōu)勢的三大類因素:(1)教學能力;(2)就業(yè)能力;(3)管理能力。這三大類因素包括了作者根據(jù)高職院校價值鏈活動總結(jié)的十個變量指標,繼而提出假設,建立了高等職業(yè)院校競爭優(yōu)勢模型。筆者對天津的26所高職院校進行問卷調(diào)查,并對問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計分析,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果得出了本文結(jié)論,并提出了構(gòu)建高等職業(yè)院校競爭優(yōu)勢的建議和進一步研究方向。
[Abstract]:On July 29, 2010, the State Council of the CPC Central Committee issued the outline of the National medium- and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan 2010-2020, which pointed out that developing vocational education is to promote economic development, promote employment, and improve people's livelihood. The important way to solve the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is the key link to ease the contradiction of labor supply and demand structure, and must be placed in a more prominent position. Vocational education should be oriented to everyone and society, and focus on cultivating students' professional ethics, vocational skills and employment ability. In the face of increasingly fierce competition environment, higher vocational colleges and universities not only compete with similar institutions, but also face the competition of institutions of higher learning. At present, many colleges and universities are faced with the increasingly fierce employment environment to strengthen the education of vocational skills for college students, and offer a variety of skills training courses, so as to enable students to obtain vocational skills certificates and increase employment opportunities when they graduate from undergraduate courses. Therefore, if higher vocational colleges want to survive and develop in the fierce competition, they should understand their own competitive advantages, participate in the competition, improve their development in the competition, and maintain the sustainable competitive advantage, in order to achieve scientific development and sustainable development. The value chain theory put forward by Porter plays a very important role in identifying competitive advantage. The process of training students in higher vocational colleges is divided into a series of value creation factors, not only qualitative analysis of value chain, but also empirical research on the competitive advantage of higher vocational colleges to find out the real value creation factors. In order to enhance the competitive advantage of higher vocational colleges. In this paper, the related theories at home and abroad are sorted out, and combined with interviews with higher vocational colleges, three kinds of factors affecting the competitive advantage of higher vocational colleges are summarized: 1) teaching ability and 2) employment ability and 3) management ability. These three kinds of factors include ten variable indexes summarized by the author according to the value chain activities of higher vocational colleges, and then the hypothesis is put forward, and the competitive advantage model of higher vocational colleges is established. The author carries on the questionnaire survey to 26 higher vocational colleges in Tianjin, carries on the statistical analysis to the questionnaire survey data, obtains the conclusion according to the analysis result, and puts forward the suggestion and the further research direction of constructing the competitive advantage of the higher vocational colleges and universities.
