【摘要】：本文嘗試對德國職業(yè)培訓市場進行分析。培訓市場在其現(xiàn)代學徒制培訓中發(fā)揮了重要的作用,它是學員和企業(yè)協(xié)商溝通需求的途徑,也是社會資源配置的手段。德國的職業(yè)培訓市場兼具勞動力市場和培訓服務市場的特征,且其勞動力市場為不完全勞動力市場;培訓市場對職業(yè)教育與培訓的各參與主體具有激勵兼容性,能有效提升職業(yè)教育質量,還能使學生從學校到工作的過渡變得更加容易;其順利運行則建立在各方接受的職業(yè)教育標準、健全的社會利益代理及合作機制、完善具體的法律法規(guī)體系以及社會市場經濟制度基礎之上。在分析德國職業(yè)培訓市場的基礎上,本文針對我國現(xiàn)代學徒制的建設提出一些建議。
[Abstract]:This paper attempts to analyze the German vocational training market. The training market plays an important role in its modern apprenticeship training. It is a way for students and enterprises to negotiate and communicate their needs, as well as a means to allocate social resources. The German vocational training market has the characteristics of both the labor market and the training service market, and its labor market is incomplete labor market. It can effectively improve the quality of vocational education and make the transition of students from school to work easier. Its smooth operation is based on the accepted standards of vocational education, sound social interest agency and cooperation mechanism. Improve the specific system of laws and regulations as well as the social market economy on the basis of the system. Based on the analysis of German vocational training market, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the construction of modern apprenticeship system in China.
