【摘要】：對(duì)高職教育的內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展而言,實(shí)現(xiàn)高職院校與企業(yè)之間的深度合作至關(guān)重要。然而,受文化理念、運(yùn)行機(jī)制等制約,目前大多數(shù)高職院校與企業(yè)之間的合作仍然停留在中淺層次。為了促進(jìn)高職院校與企業(yè)之間的深度合作,必須提高高職院校社會(huì)地位,融合校企文化發(fā)展理念,完善校企合作協(xié)議細(xì)節(jié),打造校企合作交流平臺(tái),構(gòu)建互惠共贏治理格局,營(yíng)造良好合作政策環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:For the implicit development of higher vocational education, it is very important to realize the deep cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises. However, with the restriction of cultural concept and operation mechanism, the cooperation between most higher vocational colleges and enterprises is still at the middle and shallow level. In order to promote the deep cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises, it is necessary to improve the social status of higher vocational colleges, integrate the concept of cultural development of colleges and enterprises, perfect the details of cooperation agreements between schools and enterprises, create a platform for cooperation and exchange between schools and enterprises, and build a pattern of mutual benefit and win-win governance. Create a good policy environment for cooperation.
