四川省中職學(xué)校骨干教師培訓(xùn)方式的現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:摘要:自“十一·五”教育部、財(cái)政部啟動(dòng)了中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師素質(zhì)提高計(jì)劃以來(lái),四川省教育廳也積極實(shí)施中職骨干教師的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃。通過(guò)近6年的中職骨干教師培訓(xùn),中職骨干教師素質(zhì)有了很大的提高.但是中職骨干教師培訓(xùn)的時(shí)間短,發(fā)展還不成熟,在培訓(xùn)過(guò)程中還是存在很多問(wèn)題,諸如中職骨干教師培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容的實(shí)用性不強(qiáng),培訓(xùn)形式的單一,培訓(xùn)時(shí)間安排的不合理等等。而中職骨干教師的培訓(xùn)方式是培訓(xùn)理論付諸實(shí)踐的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),并且在很大程度上影響著培訓(xùn)的效果,所以對(duì)中職骨干教師的培訓(xùn)方式進(jìn)行研究,是有重要意義的。本文主要采用了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和訪談的方式,以四川省中職學(xué)校180名骨干教師作為調(diào)查對(duì)象,結(jié)合中職骨干教師的特點(diǎn)對(duì)中職骨干教師的培訓(xùn)方式進(jìn)行分析,找出四川省中職骨干教師培訓(xùn)方式存在的問(wèn)題,并有針對(duì)性地提出了改進(jìn)中職骨干教師培訓(xùn)方式的策略,期望能為四川省中職骨干教師的培訓(xùn)提供借鑒。 本研究分四部分。第一部分為緒論,闡述了研究的背景、研究的目的、研究的意義和研究方法,并通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外中職骨干教師培訓(xùn)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的研究,提出了中職骨干教師培訓(xùn)方式的研究具有很大的意義。第二部分是中職骨干教師培訓(xùn)方式的概述。首先介紹了中職骨干教師的特點(diǎn);其次對(duì)中等職業(yè)教育、中職骨干教師、培訓(xùn)和方式的概念進(jìn)行了界定;最后介紹了中職骨干教師主要的培訓(xùn)方式。第三部分是四川省中職骨干教師培訓(xùn)方式的現(xiàn)狀研究。通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷、訪談對(duì)中職骨干教師培訓(xùn)方式進(jìn)行調(diào)查和分析,找出四川省中職骨干教師培訓(xùn)存在的問(wèn)題是:培訓(xùn)方式的單一化、基地培訓(xùn)的效果不明顯、企業(yè)實(shí)踐的實(shí)效性差、校企合作的形式化和缺乏現(xiàn)代化的培訓(xùn)方式——網(wǎng)絡(luò)培訓(xùn)。第四部分針對(duì)中職骨干教師培訓(xùn)方式存在的問(wèn)題,提出相應(yīng)的策略:豐富中職骨干教師的培訓(xùn)方式、提高基地培訓(xùn)的培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量、提高企業(yè)實(shí)踐的實(shí)效性、加強(qiáng)校企合作的培訓(xùn)方式和積極推廣網(wǎng)絡(luò)培訓(xùn)方式。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: since the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan launched the plan to improve the quality of teachers in secondary vocational schools, the Sichuan Education Department has also actively implemented the training program for the backbone teachers in secondary vocational schools. After nearly 6 years of training, the quality of secondary vocational backbone teachers has been greatly improved. However, the training of backbone teachers in secondary vocational schools is short and immature. There are still many problems in the training process, such as the practicality of the training content of the backbone teachers, the single form of training, the unreasonable training time arrangement and so on. The training method of the backbone teachers in secondary vocational school is the key link of the training theory put into practice, and to a great extent affects the effect of the training, so it is of great significance to study the training method of the backbone teachers in the secondary vocational school. This paper mainly adopts the method of questionnaire and interview, taking 180 backbone teachers of secondary vocational school in Sichuan province as the object of investigation, combining the characteristics of the backbone teachers of secondary vocational school to analyze the training methods of the backbone teachers of secondary vocational school. This paper finds out the problems existing in the training methods of the backbone teachers of the secondary vocational schools in Sichuan province, and puts forward the strategies to improve the training methods of the backbone teachers of the secondary vocational schools, hoping to provide reference for the training of the backbone teachers of the secondary vocational schools in Sichuan province. This research is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, which expounds the background, the purpose, the significance and the research method of the research, and through the research of the relevant literature on the training of the backbone teachers in the secondary vocational school at home and abroad. It is of great significance to study the training methods of backbone teachers in secondary vocational schools. The second part is the summary of the training methods of the backbone teachers in secondary vocational schools. Firstly, it introduces the characteristics of secondary vocational backbone teachers; secondly, defines the concepts of secondary vocational education, secondary vocational backbone teachers, training and ways; finally, introduces the main training methods of secondary vocational backbone teachers. The third part is the status quo of the training methods of the backbone teachers in secondary vocational schools in Sichuan province. Through the investigation and analysis of the training methods of the backbone teachers in the secondary vocational schools by questionnaire and interview, the paper finds out that the problems in the training of the backbone teachers of the secondary vocational schools in Sichuan province are: the training methods are single, and the effect of the base training is not obvious. The actual effect of enterprise practice is poor, the formalization of school-enterprise cooperation and the lack of modern training method-network training. In the fourth part, aiming at the problems existing in the training mode of the backbone teachers in the secondary vocational school, the corresponding strategies are put forward: to enrich the training methods of the backbone teachers of the secondary vocational school, to improve the training quality of the base training, and to improve the effectiveness of the enterprise practice. Strengthen the school-enterprise cooperation training and actively promote network training.
