【摘要】：產(chǎn)教融合是深化職業(yè)教育綜合改革、全面提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的重要舉措,具有系統(tǒng)性、協(xié)同性、開放性和共生性等特點(diǎn)。面對(duì)長(zhǎng)期以來產(chǎn)教融合存在的政策和保障機(jī)制缺失、產(chǎn)業(yè)性忽視、人才培養(yǎng)與職業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)脫節(jié)、考核評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制尚未建立等困境,基于系統(tǒng)理論研究的成果和平臺(tái)建設(shè)的角度,應(yīng)通過建立協(xié)調(diào)協(xié)作的政策支持和組織保障平臺(tái)、升級(jí)契合區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的教學(xué)科研平臺(tái)、打造協(xié)同育人的公共實(shí)訓(xùn)平臺(tái)、共建創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的研發(fā)孵化平臺(tái)、構(gòu)建產(chǎn)教資源優(yōu)化調(diào)控平臺(tái)和建立獨(dú)立運(yùn)作的督導(dǎo)評(píng)價(jià)平臺(tái),推動(dòng)職業(yè)教育產(chǎn)教深度融合。
[Abstract]:The integration of industry and education is an important measure to deepen the comprehensive reform of vocational education and to improve the quality of personnel training in an all-round way. It has the characteristics of systematization, synergy, openness and symbiosis. In the face of the lack of policy and guarantee mechanism in the integration of industry and education for a long time, the neglect of industry, the disconnection between talent training and professional standards, and the absence of assessment and evaluation mechanism, and so on, based on the research results of system theory and the angle of platform construction, We should establish a policy support and organization support platform for coordination and collaboration, upgrade the teaching and research platform suitable for the development of regional industries, create a public training platform for cooperation and education, and jointly build a research and development incubator platform for innovation and entrepreneurship. To promote the deep integration of production and teaching in vocational education, we should build a platform for optimizing the regulation of production and teaching resources and establish a platform for supervision and evaluation of independent operation.
